This hostel is very run down.. as soon as I walked into my room it stank of sweat and felt like I'd just walked into a dump. All the people in the room were long term workers so all there belongings were across the floor and the place just looked a tip. Empty bottles and tea mugs laying around with...

Good location minutes from King Street, plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. The room was good and the ensuite was new. Front reception person was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if in the area.

The staff were very welcoming and kept things clean. The rooms were a bit small, but better than some previous hostels I have been in. The pool was also a great addition. Its yards away from many great restaurants and only a 30 minute walk from the city center.

There is only one word I can use to describe this hostel. HORRENDOUS. If a dark, smelly, germ and bed bug ridden room is what you're after, then this is the place for you!! You are woken daily by the cleaner who hoovers around all the obstacles on the floor, therefore only cleaning 30% of floor space. Old food, clothing,...

If it's location you are after this place is it. It's easy to drive to and just up the road from the Newtown train station (three stops from central station). We stayed in an ensuite room and the shower was great. Only complaint was the paper thin walls and very average beds. Although not used the hostel did have a...

I stayed here Oct 2015 as well and I've loved it more the second time. Got a double room, ensuite, with an extra single bed. Modern bathroom, heater, own TV. Very clean. Only a small hostel, which is great. Secure parking available, for a bit extra a night. Guy on reception very accommodating and extremely nice. Shared kitchen gives you...

We stayed in a triple room with private ensuite. Very clean and comfortable amazing shower. For the price this exceeded my expectations. Is a hostel so some late night and early morning noise of people moving around but not excessive. Onsite secure parking for $10 in Newtown also a major plus!

Stayed here for 1 night with 5 girls we had two triple rooms which both really slept 4 people, it was clean tidy, fresh towels, newly renovated clean bathroom. Great for cheap accommodation and any groups looking for somewhere close to the Main Street of Newtown. Lovely staff would stay here again.

Fantastic location in the heart of newtown. Ample off street parking. On arrival staff member was efficient and welcoming. I booked this at the last minute at a very cheap rate. When I realised it was a hostel I wasn't expecting much. I booked a dble room for myself and my teenage daughter. The room was spacious with a bunk...

I stayed here for 6 nights last week (March '16). When I walked into the room I was appalled at the state - absolute tip, with several cockroaches crawling about the place! I honestly don't think that room (number 1, I was sleeping in the top bunk immediately to the left as you walk in) had been cleaned in that...
