Terrible hotel! Dirty, cheap and nasty. I only had to stay here for one night, and that's the first and final time. We first booked a room without an ensuit and quickly changed to one with. The bathroom was dirty and covered in mould. The ceiling fan was filthy and sounded like it was going to fall off. Bed sheets...

This motel was dirty, noisy and had very small rooms. No kettle in the room and ceiling fan so noisy we could not sleep. The bathroom was not clean and motel was generally in poor condition. There is a constant smell of old cooked food, looks like some of the rooms are let long term so people are living there....

Don't stay here, as you wouldn't even let your dogs sleep here. No AC no kettle, small bed and the Ceiling fan was very noisy! One bathroom to share with 10 other bedrooms ? Which also needs a total revamp and a deep clean! As we did not make this booking ourselves but booked by our in laws we had...

Absolutely disgusting! Room was dirty and hot, no air conditioning, no toilet paper and bathroom was mouldy. We walked out, and found another hotel. Would never go back and definitely would not recommend.

Good stuff: If you want to be in the centre of Newtown, then it's a great location. Bad stuff: The rooms are small and not very clean. Everything is old and run down. There's no air con. There is only 20MB of wifi available. It's noisy. You can hear the people in the rooms next to and above your room,...

Perfect for one nights stay, we arrived early and left our bags in the office while room being cleaned. Bed comfortable, slept well, great location for my night out in Newtown. I would stay again for an overnight stay. Wouldn't stay longer than one night tho. Room clean but very small and very basic.

the one staff member was lovely. However, the room had mould and the beds had not been changed or cleaned under for. this place was a mess and very unclean which is a shame because the location was great. Would not stay here again.
