We stayed for three nights. Cozy rooms and neat to hear the jungle noises. Great hammocks to rest in while there. We took a Barton cave canoe trip with Erik one day. That was awesome! We had dinner once and breakfast several times. It was nice. We only had dinner once because it was 20$ and we are cheap and...

This was one of the best resorts I have visited. The facilities were beyond beautiful, the food was to die for and the staff treated us like family. The guides are very knowledgeable about the wildlife and they are perfect for the ornithologist in you! Will definitely be returning!

Crystal Paradise is a charming, family owned lodge tucked away in the beautiful rain forest. The family staff know the area, attractions, and local guides very well. They can help you easily plan out what you'd like to do while you are there. The food is yummy and meals are a great time to meet other guests for lively conversations...

We were on a trip with my Daughters 8th grade class. The facility and the Tut Family was amazing. You are staying in the jungle so expect that but I would think of staying nowhere else. Thank you Eric for your expert guiding. Thank you Victor for sharing your property and your family with us. Thank you Carolita for the...

Our stay at Crystal Paradise was very pleasant, primarily because the staff was very friendly and helpful. As other reviews have discussed, this is a family run business. Mr. Victor Tut, and his wife Teresa, have built a very comfortable venue for travelers to enjoy. They have created a family friendly atmosphere which we enjoyed a lot. The activities like...

Last week my husband Bobby and I returned from a fantastic week in the jungles of Belize. We spent two nights at the Crooked Tree Lodge and four nights at the Crystal Paradise Lodge. In both places the accommodations were quite spacious and very clean so a big thanks to the house staff. As for the dining arrangements the kitchen...

We rented the stand-alone house. It is very spacious and has appealing, interesting characteristics such as a bar with four stools and a swing in the living room, and a set of stairs supported by a cutting from a single tree. The kitchen is fully stocked. The family that owns the property including the young children are just delightful. Unfortunately,...

This is a very nice resort. They have different syles of rooms, all with a terrace with or without a hammock. Some have AC others have a fan, wich is just enough. You can get you'r own drinks behind the bar and just write it down in the list. The daughter (Coralita) makes sure she talks to every guest and...

We spent 5 nights there in early February 2017. The location was perfect with toucans and motmots coming into the bird feeder. In addition there was easy access to many bird watching and archaeological hotspots in the area. There are guides that work with Crystal Paradise that know the birds by sound and sight. We had a wonderful stay and...

Our small group spent four nights here on a seven day birding tour of the country led by Eric Tut. He is a very knowledgable and personable guide. We saw around 250 bird species and enjoyed our stay at Crystal Paradise very much. Eric's sister Carolita is the cook and she did an outstanding job of preparing delicious "Whole Food...
