Words will not adequately describe our time at Table Rock Jungle Lodge. My wife was in love with the property within hours and already planning a trip back before the end of our second day. Located just outside of San Ignacio this jungle lodge is absolutely perfect for those who want to get away from the stresses of everyday life while also exploring the beauties of Belize. The accommodations were fantastic. The staff at the on-site restaurant/dining room were amazing; Oscar, Rodel, and Llyoda provided top notch service along with great drinks and conversations. The chef specials tasted as good as any meal I have had in expensive restaurants here in the States. We saw monkeys while canoeing, made friends with the donkeys, hiked until our legs hurt and even sat by the pool and read our books, which isn’t always in my nature! Do yourself the favor of staying here and thank me once you return home!

Wake up to singing birds and monkey calls in the storybook like private cabanas. Eat delicious belizean dishes and sip tropical fruit cocktails at the restaurant while you plan out adventures. The staff is amazingly helpful, and can connect you with whatever day trip you envision. Canoeing, swimming and tubing are all free on the nearby Macal river- and the famous ATM caves and Mayan ruins are all a short car ride away. Everyone should experience this once in a lifetime spot!!

Wow is the first impression on arriving at Table Rock. The individual cabins are beautiful and each with their own deck. There is no glass in the windows (just mosquito nets) which was perfect to enjoy the sounds of the jungle. We loved the back to nature vibe of this and no tvs etc. The whole resort is eco so was a bit of shock there was no plug sockets in the room (but in fairness this is on the website). The only minor negative was as the lighting was quite dim you couldn’t read in the room at night so perhaps providing a book light would be a nice touch for guests. We did the ATM cave excursion from the hotel which was incredible. Patrick was a fantastic tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable and had us laughing all day. Highly recommend this trip The food was nice but perhaps a little more variety on the fixed menu would be good as it’s the same for lunch and dinner. The specials menu changes every day but we found it a bit too expensive to have everyday. Also being gluten free limited the menu further for me but the staff were really great at helping me substitute ingredients so I could eat more dishes. We weren’t told you could pre order breakfast so on the day we had the trip (which we left at 7:45am from the hotel) we thought getting to breakfast at 7 would be fine. It took 40mins and meant we didn’t have time to eat more than a couple of mouthfuls. We made the most of what the hotel had to offer - canoes, hiking trails and even feeding the donkeys. The only one thing I would add is there is no where we found to enjoy the afternoon sun. Our trip got back at 3pm and the room, bar and pool were all in the shade - perhaps a sun deck could be created somewhere? A lovely stay for a simple get back to nature few days

Welcome to the Jungle! That’s what our hosts at Table Rock said, and we felt SO welcome on our first trip to Belize. It was the perfect introduction for us because they have a little bit of everything: great food, comfortable cabañas, helpful knowledgeable staff, and a central location. They helped us set up visits to the stunning Mayan ruins at Xunantunich and to the renowned ATM cave (a once-in-a-lifetime experience!) We felt so taken care of by the dedicated staff, especially Carla in the office who exceeded our expectations every day! We also loved Rodel and Lloyda at the restaurant. Highly recommend Table Rock as a jumping off point for anyplace in the Cayo.

My husband and I had an amazing 4 days at Table Rock. Our jungle view cabana was beautiful, private, and well maintained. The staff were phenomenal (shoutout to Lloida and the amazing chefs). All the staff showed amazing attention to detail to make our stay go smoothly. They organized all of our excursions and transport so that we could fully relax and enjoy our stay. The food was definitely a highlight- the specials for both breakfast and dinner were incredible every day. There was so much to do, we would love to return someday and try some of the other excursions. Highly recommend!!
