What a wonderful week! This place is hands down one of the BEST! The entire place was immaculate. The level of service emulates the best of the best! From the moment you arrive, to checkout…not a single hiccup. Not even one. And believe me I always look! The level of service was 2nd to none. I’m rarely impressed…. And I was very impressed. Although we didn’t cook, having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the room made such a difference, giving you that “home away from home” feeling. We had breakfast and lunch on the property which was excellent, and had a rental car and would go out for dinners. Food and beverage prices on property were comparable to any decent dining establishment on the island. We travelled with our daughter and young adult special needs son and everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. From the seamless check-in with Darin, to the attentiveness of Lee on the beach, to our AMAZING butlers Kiesie and Tony, which I can not say enough about, as they went way above and beyond, to the entire waitstaff and housekeeping….Well done! And yes…the butler service was most definitely worth it! Although we don’t usually do “2nds”…definitely planning to go back!

Hotel's Favourite
Fantastic week at what my friend and I think is probably the best hotel in St Lucia! We arrived after a long flight from the UK and transfer from the airport to the hotel to be greeted by friendly staff, a delicious drink and...an upgrade from a one bed villa to a three bed villa! The staff, service and facilities were amazing. The Landings is not a hotel in the traditional sense in that it is comprised entirely of villas, most of which are owned by owners on a freehold basis who then put them in the hotel's rental pool, to be rented out for holidaying guests (either via travel companies such as Virgin Holidays whom we booked through or to independent travellers). However all guests are treated to the same high level of service, be it owner or 'renter'. The Landings has its own private marina and private beach and several pools dotted around the immaculately kept grounds. Like many resort hotels in the Caribbean prices of drinks and food are not that cheap so I would recommend opting for all inclusisve, even if you choose to eat out at other restaraunts a few times. We only booked on a bed and breakfast basis as we planned on eating out at other places but on reflection all inclusive may have been slightly better value. That said, each villa has a fully equippped full kitchen (and also a washing machine and dryer in each villa) so you could cook and eat in some evenings if you wish (there are several supermarkets a short drive / taxi ride away). All in all a great week in a lovely place, thank you to each and every one of the staff at The Landings.

This was my first mother/daughter trip with my 3 beautiful daughters. We decided to get the butler service which most of us had never experienced. It honestly made our trip! We will have memories and talk about the beautiful people that served us forever. Keezia, Tony, Maverick, and our favorite guy Gregg. They served, laughed with us, brought fresh aloe vera, cut off of a plant for my girl's sunburns. They were absolutely what made our vacation. The beach was the most beautiful beach I've ever been at....and Ive been a few places. We got a 3 bedroom villa with an ocean view and it was magnificent! Thanks again to these wonderful people that truly made our vacation! Thanks also to Gregg for all you did for my family. Can't wait to see you again!

This our 6th time visiting the Landings. The staff is great. The hotel has a quiet, laid-back vibe. The beach is always calm and warm. It's an ideal place for a family to enjoy the Caribbean. Lot's of activities for those who want to be active, and quiet enough for those who just want to chill.

Our stay was mainly a disappointment, we booked an ocean view 2 bedroom with a plunge pool. We did not have a view of the ocean which I think set the tone for our whole 6-days we were there. We had a garden view and view of the beach club restaurant which is where most of the guests go to eat for breakfast and dinner and can be relatively loud. The food is mediocre at best, and very expensive for the quality that is served. Ordering off the room service menu is, less expensive and better quality which seems strange to me. The other option is to take a taxi to a few other very good restaurants in the area. The resort is kept up well, rooms are clean and the staff are generally very nice. The beach is great and very quiet, aside from the outside tour operators trying to sell you a excursion every once in a while. This property is an 1:30 to 2 hour taxi ride from the airport through some very windy roads so be warned. A boat trip or helicopter ride may be a better option to get to the property after a long flight. Overall, it is a nice property, but was not for us and is expensive for what it is. They do a good job of upkeep the butlers are great even though we had them do very little for us. If you insist on staying here, I would book a beachfront or marina view room, at least you will get what you booked.

I apologize for the long review but I can't say enough about the positives of this resort. We traveled for my mother in laws 80th birthday celebration with 8 family members. We booked 2 and 3 bedroom oceanfront villas for our family which came with butler service (we had no idea what to expect with this service-a first for all of us). Upon arrival you are greeted in the beautiful lobby with a refreshing drink and a cool towel. A lovely welcome after the 2 hour ride from the airport. You are then taken via golf cart to your villa which was immaculate and everything you expect from a resort such as this. Prior to arrival we asked the room to be stocked with some snacks and water which we enjoyed as our bags were brought up to our room. We opted not to do the all inclusive because we didn't want to be tied to the resort for all our meals. Breakfast was our only meal included which is served each day in The Beach Restaurant as a buffet with eggs made to order. The food was good. The beach is clean and chairs plentiful. The star of this resort is the staff - by far. One is nicer than the next. As a treat we planned a private beach dinner for the birthday celebration and the chef actually met with us to plan a special meal. He was so accommodating to our requests. If you can try the Molten Lava Cake...AMAZING!! We hiked to Pigeon Island one day and had to walk past the Sandals resort next door...loud, crowded, blaring music, locals selling souvenirs...the complete opposite of the relaxing Landings Resort. I cannot write this review without mentioning our butlers, Maverick and Tony. As I mentioned we had no idea what to expect regarding this service. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable both these gentlemen made us feel with the process. You are given a phone to contact them if you need anything, it is like having your own private concierge. From getting towels and holding chairs on the beach, to confirming restaurant reservations and transportation, to just stopping by to make sure we are enjoying our stay and if they can do anything to assist us if they haven't heard from us in a while. Maverick had only been at the resort for 3 weeks and was a pro...he even surprised my mother in law with special birthday decorations on her bed when we arrived back from a day out (which I believe he purchased with his own money). HE IS A SUPERSTAR!!!!!! Our dinners were at locations within 10-15 minutes from the resort and we felt safe everywhere we went on the island. We had a wonderful experience using Knotty Girl Speed Boat Tours booked with Nick (who we met on the beach). I would highly recommend booking with Nick. We used him for our full day speedboat tour to the volcano, mud bath and waterfall. His crew of Brad Pitt, Garth Brooks and Travis were GREAT!!! Making sure our 80 year old was comfortable the entire time. We also booked a half day fishing trip through him. Again, a good experience. I for one would visit St Lucia again and stay at the Landings Resort, It was PERFECT for our family. If you are looking for high quality staff, accommodations and a relaxing atmosphere - The Landing Resort is PERFECT!!

Beautiful hotel with stunning accommodation however I would not say this is a family resort by any means. There is no atmosphere or vibe at all. Not even the bars play music during the day (background music). Evening entertainment is minimal and frankly boring without any decent thought The front desk were very unhelpful on a number of occasions and as a resort the idea of going out of their way seemed a big effort with no positive outcome. One example is we weren’t being picked up for our flight home until 3pm yet they wouldn’t confirm any room extension until after 8am on the day we were leaving. This made making last day holiday plans with the kids very challenging. It was obvious that the hotel was not busy yet they showed no flexibility or put forward any reassurance that a solution was possible or could be found to put our minds at rest This is not a cheap resort and you get 5* only for the accommodation and location. Such a shame but this hotel has a lot to learn about it’s family friendly offerings and support

What can I say…this place is great. All units are suites. 1,2,3 bedroom. Outs was 2 bedroom. Units feel spacious and light. Great kitchen. CLEAN!!. The resort had very nice amenities. Beach was fantastic. 3 pools. Staff were friendly and attentive. Negatives: drinks were hit or miss (but they always tried to fix it with no fuss) There is no entertainment after 8p….deadsville

Scheduled family vacation with wife, 22-yr old daughter, 19 yr old son for early January in St. Lucia. Never been to the island before and was struck by the mountainous, volcanic nature of the island. Wow! Although the ride from the airport to the resort was long, the scenery and views were spectacular. The Landings is an outstanding resort. The accommodations are first-class. We had a beachfront two-bedroom villa with private entrance, that came with full kitchen, 2-1/2 baths, large living room/dining room and L-shaped terrace overlooking Rodney Bay. The villa was well-equiped and nicer than any AirBNB or VRBO we've ever seen. The resort staff make the experience unique. Nice, friendly, helpful, intelligent people who are there to serve and make your vacation special. The resort has a great beachfront, several pools, a marina, restaurants and bars, first-class spa, fitness room, and plenty of activities and water sports to keep you busy for days. The food was plentiful and tasty. The drinks were flavorful and strong. We fell in love with the location, the resort and the people. Sandals is right next door and you walk their beach to get to Pigeon Island Nat'l Park (highly recommended) Sandals by comparison was noisy, over-crowded and "gaudy". The Landings is laid-back, classy, and tasteful. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing experience at the landings during our thanksgiving visit with 2 young kids. The beach was great for the kids and the property clean and spacious with gorgeous views. But more importantly it was the people and service that made all the difference. Special thanks to our buttlers Kezia, Kelan and Toni for making is so easy for us. But everyone else was great as well - Karim from water sports, restaurant staff, Noe, children’s club manager . Thank you for wonderful memories
