The hotel location, breathtaking design and stunning landscaping was the perfect holiday venue. Coupled with the high quality all inclusive concept and excellent customer service, we would highly recommend. It was our third visit to an Ikos resort and Aria didn’t disappoint. We look forward to our 4th visit in a different part of Greece later in the year.

We went as a family of 14 including 6 grandchildren . From the moment we arrived the care and attention was exemplary and the attention to detail was excellent . The staff want to help and make you feel like you really are their guest . The resort was super clean, picturesque and the reaction to any problems was swift and sorted with a smile . I would highly recommend this resort for families and we will return .

We arrived back home in the early hours of yesterday morning and I already have severe withdrawal symptoms! This was our first IKOS experience and won't be our last (we booked Oceania whilst we were on holiday!) I was very anxious before our holiday due to the negative comments at the start of the season but the anxiety dissipated as soon as we arrived. Ikos Aria surpassed all our expectations, it was the best holiday that we've been on. The resort is absolutely stunning, everywhere is immaculate, the gardens are beautiful, the food is delicious and hot and the staff are quite simply amazing...nothing is ever too much trouble. We stayed in a junior suite sea view room non deluxe. We booked our three restaurants in advance via the App and also the car. We booked the rest of our restaurant reservations when we got there. If a restaurant reservation was a little too late, I WhatsApp messaged Concierge and they were able to amend for me if they could see earlier availability. Given we were there in half term, I was very impressed that they were able to accommodate this with no issue. Once we were at the hotel, we decided to change the day we were going to take the car. Again this was no issue, a quick message to Concierge and the booking was amended. We didn't get the Tesla as they were all fully booked on the day we chose to swap to but that was no issue for us. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were amazing! We had such great sleep whilst we were there. The mini bar was restocked daily and anything additional you needed, you can What's app Concierge and before you know it, it's there. It was our daughter's 7th birthday whilst we were away and the Ikos team couldn't do enough for her. Georgia in Ouzo gave her a birthday hug and made such a fuss of her at breakfast which made her feel super special. We had dinner at Fresco and the team had decorated the table with balloons and gave her a cake. She had the best day! I think she will want every birthday to be an Ikos one from now on! Special mention goes to these superstars who made our holiday: Stavros, Patryk, Anna and Kamara (who is always smiling) in Flavours, Eugene, Ola, Christos and Jurgen in Fresco, George in Anaya, Muhammed, Oumit, Vasili, George, George the lifeguard and Abdul at the Beach Pool, Michaela at the Ice Cream Parlour, Myriah at the Spa, and finally, but definitely by no means least, Georgia (the lady who at the start of our holiday had the wrong name on her badge with a heart sticker), Alex, Kalliopi and Sofianna in Ouzo The hotel manager, Dimitrios, also deserves to be mentioned as he is constantly going around the hotel checking all guests are happy. He popped up so many times during our stay all across the hotel. My daughter named him Mr Rollerskates as the complex is really spread out!! I honestly don't know how he managed it! It is that attention to detail that really makes Ikos shine above the rest. Dimitrious, you must be incredibly proud of your team, they all work so hard as do you to make your customers holidays everything they had hoped for. Thank you Team Aria and I hope we see you again soon.

The perfect holiday with young children. This really was the perfect mix of luxury and practicality for a 3 year old and his family. The hotel, restaurants and particulalry the deluxe area (Seasons restaurant, bar, pool area) which had the feel of a boutique resort within the resort. That is one of the best things about Aria - a number of smaller spaces, so it never feels big or impersonal, and you can spend chunks of times or even days in different parts without getting bored. Have to mention the service as standout - the level of enthusiasm and friendliness from the staff was brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble. The kind swimming teacher made our son's week with his 121 lessons and had such a nice, friendly attitude. Even though we didn't use any childminding, as we walked past and saw the staff with children in their care, we observed the same enthusiasm and genuine warmth. Food options were great - our favourite was definitely Ouzo down by the beach (get there early for lunch) - with really thoughtful and quality options for children. Highly recommend this for families. Not cheap, but felt very fairly priced and good value for a memorable holiday where everything was taken care of.

Our second visit to Aria. After some teething troubles on the first day - we weren’t given the room with a sea view that we had booked - we had a spectacularly good holiday. Staff, food and facilities were all excellent. Special thanks to George Chatzantonis, my tennis coach at the Active Away Tennis Academy. He is a superb (and very patient) coach.

Wow, wow, wow!!! IKOS Aria is a truly special and unique place, we felt at home the moment we arrived. Every single staff member (with absolutely no exceptions) were AMAZING! Exceptionally warm and friendly, always greeting you (even just passing in the corridor) and going out of their way to do anything they can for you. Some stand out staff members… Thomas in guest relations, Georgia in Ouzo, Naima in flavours, IIlias in guest relations and the hotel manager. The hotel is beautifully designed, the outside areas are kept pristine and gardens are well maintained. The inside areas are spotless. We hired a Tesla for the day (free for all guests but is advisable to book in advance) to explore more of the beautiful island. We wined and dined in 4 a la carte restaurants and the buffet restaurant, all had great service and the food was outstanding. It was lovely to go somewhere where kids were welcomed and people were not judging. We had one day of on/off rain and on this day the hotel opened up the inside pool all day for kids (usually not open in the afternoon for children) and the buffet restaurant was open for longer to accommodate more guests. The WhatsApp service is a great addition. We loved it and without hesitation would recommend, and we will most certainly be back!!

Amazing!! Absolutely 1st class! Can’t wait to return. We stayed as a family of 4 in a deluxe junior suite at the end of May and had an absolutely fabulous holiday. Special thanks to Jenny tge deluxe supervisor who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us all. She was so lovely and thoughtful with our children who adored her and are missing her already. She exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you! You are fantastic! Special mention also to Sylvia, Katerina the food & beverage manager and also to Demetrius the hotel manager who genuinely cared about customer feedback and was very insightful about Greek history and had us all laughing whenever we saw him. He worked hard to personally speak to as many guests as possible all day long. Also thanks to katerina in seasons who was so friendly and looked after us so well. Also Zuzi, Mohammed, Valentina and Alex for their exemplary service. Daniel and shaheeb the buggy drivers such lovely friendly people. The whole experience was fantastic, such a beautiful resort with fantastic facilities and a beautiful view. The food and drink was excellent our particular favourites were ouzo for the bbq lunch with a view and seasons & Provence. We had a great massage in the spa - would highly recommend! The sunset cruise was excellent we even spotted some dolphins and it was great to chat to the captain about his life and try his homemade cheese & bread. Can’t wait to return there is no all inclusive like an Ikos resort it is really something special and it’s the fantastic staff that make it. Thank you we will be back! X

We have just got back from a week at this resort. It was fantastic. Our children (8 and 6) loved it. So much to do, water sports, bike hire, trip to Kos Town, dinner at a beautiful local restaurant which is all included. The staff can't do enough for you especially Aldi, Gabriela and George at the pool bar, Eugene at Breakfast. The location is stunning and the gym/spa facilities are good too. Would definitely return.

What can we say. We have travelled the World and stayed in some pretty exclusive places but Ikos in Kos has to beat them all. Ikos Aria is an exceptional and very special place to stay. There is nothing to dislike and nothing to moan about. We can be fussy but Ikos Aria is faultless. From the minute you arrive to the moment you leave the staff cannot do enough for you. All staff are extremely friendly and amenable. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a large resort. Probably the largest we have ever stayed in, yet we never felt we were in a large resort and the staff really do have time for everyone. It was nice to see the Manager Demetrius walking around the resort and chatting to people asking if everything was ok. Personally we have never been on holiday and not spent a penny, but for us, here, all inclusive really did mean all inclusive. We would like to mention in particular Thomas Daliskes from Guest Relations for his outstanding approach towards guests in general. He helped us with a family matter and could not have done more. He went over and above on two occasions. Nema in Flavours restaurant for always smiling and greeting everyone in such a friendly and approachable way. . The boys loved you :) And Fotina who was in several restaurants, always recognised us and knew exactly what our Grandsons wanted. The beach is lovely and there is plenty to do. We took a Pedalo across to the small Island and climbed to the church which is a bit of a scramble. This was part of the all inclusive. There is a daily shuttle service to Kos town which we did not have time to do. Bike hire. You are spoilt for choice. The pool bar service is excellent. The staff will get sunbeds for you, move them, get towels for you, even clean your sun glasses! Never experienced that before. Our room was the basic room and was perfectly adequate for 2 adults and our Grandchild. However, one small niggle would be the bed for the child is like a camp bed and not overly comfortable. It was fine for our 7 year old, but a couple of years older and you may struggle. however this is not a complaint, just pointing out we have had better second beds in a room before. We are already booked for another Ikos resort next year and hope to visit more. Ikos Aria thank you. You were amazing.
