We stayed overnight enroute from Pembrokshire back to Durham, having never previously visited Ironbridge. The Calcutts House is only a mile away from the Ironbridge- a delightful walk along an old railway track, close to the river Severn, so ideally situated for sightseeing. The B&B welcomed our dog, as well as us. We had a lovely room in the Old...

We stopped off here after our day out at Cosford Large Model Airshow and it certainly ticked all the right boxes. It is in a lovely location very peaceful and only a 10/15 minute walk to the ironbridge which I would say is a must to visit the walk along is a lovely one. At Calcutts house we were made...

James and Sarah have an extraordinary home with an additional guest house with even more rooms. Super close to all the local museums. Excellent breakfasts with a delightful dog waiting to greet you just outside the dining room. Such a great stay in a gorgeous town!

The owners greeted us with the offer of coffee/tea when we arrived. The room was large, comfortable with all the amenities. They accommodated our concern on how hard the bed was with no complaints, even offered to purchase a memory foam mattress but we declined the offer. For breakfast, the owners catered to our dietary needs and kept the hot...

We found James and Sarah to be very pleasant and their premises to be clean with a good breakfast which you pre-order the night before and it is freshly cooked for you in the morning. There was adequate parking for the number of rooms but for the most part I would have thought you needed transport if you didn't want...

We were welcomed by James with a pot of fresh coffee. Our room was on the ground floor in the coach house. Huge, spotless and we'll appointed. James and Sarah were both excellent hosts. Breakfast couldn't be faulted. They even went out and bought vegetarian sausages for us. But more than that, when we commented that the bed was a...
