We stayed in a chalet. Beautiful little room with kitchenette area. Convenient morning shuttle with pick-up and drop-off for the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed while we were there, but there were some dinner spots close by. Convenient laundry on site....More

I would email them. The staff are really helpful. Find the email address on website. They won't take you on transport unless the weather is ok and they deem it safe to walk. Plus they check you have the correct clothing... More
