The hotel is located next to the main road and has has a large free car park. The rooms have all facilities and are well tended, but the dark walls make them look smaller than they are. There is no elevator, ask for a ground floor room if you do not want to carry your luggage upstairs...The reception closes at 9 p.m. already. Breakfast is OK (continental and a few additional items).
There is no restaurant in the hotel. For dining, the restaurant Quai 36 ,10 minutes walk away, is highly recommended.

Pre booked this hotel, as we needed to be in area. Nice clean hotel, easy to find, reasonably priced, very pleasant staff. Good parking area in the grounds of the hotel, about 10 minutes walk into town, Good restaurant directly opposite. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is between 7 - 9 in the morning and you must vacate the room at 10 am.

This is old and needs a big dose of TLC or just money put in to upgrade the rooms, bathrooms. The shower head had to be held as there was no attachment on the wall. Couldn't see in the shower as the overhead light was broken. Broken soap tray. Altogether not a nice experience. No hairdryer - really this is 2016 and it should be included in the not cheap room rate. I was in 10 hotels of the same price range during my stay and it never occurred to me that I needed to pack a hairdryer. Reception were always pleasant.

This is a very basic hotel and perhaps you should not expect much in this town. We got a complicated room, above the parking lot and had to go through 2 or 3 doors to get there (you need physical keys). At night, the area around the door was too dark to open easily. The first sign of trouble was when we found a can of insect repellent in the room, which at first we assumed had been left by the maid by mistake. But then we realized why: there was a giant spider on the ceiling right above our bed. The people running it seem to be very nice though.

Hello, I find your remarks and ratings severe. Indeed, when you arrived on the evening of Friday 21 July (without having booked), you asked for a room at a small price. So, by allocating you a "basic room", so at a low rate, I only responded to your wish. The doors you must push are fire doors with door closers. They are compulsory and I have to submit. This is for the safety of our customers. Above the entrance door of the room there are 2 spots: lit, the light illuminates the lock. The insecticide bomb is not an oversight. It can be very useful. A mosquito can disrupt a night of sleep: These insecticide bombs are usually very popular. Concerning the "giant" spider, it is possible that it entered the room when the window was opened to ventilate. We are sorry about this intrusion. I remain at your disposal. The direction.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. The location was quiet and peaceful despite a busy road outside.
The couple who own the hotel were very helpful and recommended a really nice restaurant for us to eat in, in town.
The room was very spacious and very clean. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was good.
Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was lovely.
You can get into the hotel after 3pm and you need to be out by 10am.
I would stay here again.

We were here for one night on a cycling holiday - the owners were very friendly and helpful and the bikes were kept in the garage. The rooms were very well furnished, and the hotel itself is very quiet. Reception closes at 9, but we were given a key to another door to get back. The breakfast was lovely.

Bien cordialement.
