Sorry this review is a couple months late! We spent 3 weeks at the Las Sirenas hotel in one of the "cozy" single rooms overlooking the pool. We deliberately chose this hotel room to fit our budget and the overall experience more than made up...More
On our port day we did the all inclusive at the resort.... The drive was to long and the staff was not that friendly .. The resort was pretty but I would not do this again.. After spending a day at Mr Sanchos in Cozumel...More
I was expecting mediocre food but was surprised to find an excellent choice of delicious options. I can't imagine a place with a better proximity to snorkeling. The first day we hired a snorkeling guide but soon figured out the reef is but a mere...More
We had a great experience from the beginning to end of this trip. The staff was unbelievablly helpful and went our of their way to make sure we had anything and everything we could possibly want. The room was small but very clean. They even...More

There's nothing within walking distance that I was aware of. Las Sirenas was about a 20 minute drive from our port. Part of the "all-inclusive" price we paid was actually that the resort provided our taxi service from the Carnival port so we didn't do any exploring around the area on our own. You can walk up and down the beach and there MIGHT have been places to eat, but most of the things I saw were resort-type places. There were plenty of things to do on the beach though.. jet skis, massages, scuba, etc.
