We spent two weeks at Henry Morgan the last week of February and first week of March. We have vacationed in the Caribbean for the past 20 years and have never had a worst experience. We killed 17 cockroaches in our room including one we...More
This resort was like going back to simpler days - like going to a cottage resort. Very comfy and very clean! The walk ways reminded me of the movie "Dirty Dancing" covered wood walk ways.
The staff were such hard workers and so friendly. Most...More
I hesitate to say how wonderful this place is as it may attract more people and make it busier, however, the staff and management need to hear how pleased we were with this year's trip.

Well managed resort and the best food I’ve ever had in the Caribbean. The style of the resort is rustic but very clean and attention every detail. We spent two weeks here and I would do it all over again.

You can rent equipment from the dive shop on site. Coming down to the beach you will see a sign to the right that will point you to the dive shop. Renting is a fine idea if you just want to try it out, however if you want to snorkel everyday a couple of times then you would be further ahead to bring your own. Costco sells masks and snorkels fairly reasonably priced and they are decent enough for a beginner. If you are worried about luggage space and are coming in from Canada, Transat allows you to bring a sports bag for free so you can put your equipment in there rather than your suitcase. Hope this helps. I hope you love Roatan as much as I do. I miss it already.W.
