The rooms have both air conditioning AND windows that open. After the string of places we had just been at, this seems like an amazing and welcome concept. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a cheap hotel (less than €50) but that also means it is favored by tour groups who tend to be very loud. I had to bang on the door of one room at 1am in the morning so they would stop their noise and let me sleep. Breakfast is a disaster if you come later than 8am as...

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in standard room. It is small, but neat. The hotel and the rooms are exactly the same as on pictures. Small but pretty backyard. Room is small too, but there is everything you need to: AC, shower, flat TV, free WI-FI, safe, they it was clean. Daily cleanup in the morning. Breakfasts...

Very nice staff and rooms. Not luxurious but perfectly basic. There are three garden rooms out back in the patio. These have kitchenettes. They have one room with a double and a single which was perfect for me traveling w teenagers. There are several restaurants within a couple of blocks.

One of the very basic Best Western hotel I visited. Except for the friendly stuff, can't say I enjoyed it. The room was very small with not-so-comfortable bed. Breakfast was very poor...and so on. At least the price was fair. I now understand the meaning of "you get what you paid for".

This hotel is basic, very clean, and fine for a city break in Paris if you don't intend to spend much time in the hotel. It is 5 minute's walk from the end of Line 13 on the Metro and there are many bus services that run from a terminus at the same Metro site. I was there to attend...

I'm a regular business traveler and I can have a fair opinion about hotels, their location, the service they provide and how they treat their guests. This hotel was a regular one, set outside Paris, pretty far from the last stop of the Metro line (13) but I really enjoyed its location, being close to the office I was supposed...

I was from December 12th to 18h, 2014. Several issues regarding quality were annoying and disappointing, considering price they charge: first of all I was assigned three times a room due to problems with the heating in the room (broken climatization), all the rooms had the batteries low in the deposit box (I had to changed them every time), no...

I stayed here recently on a business trip for one night. The first room I was allocated had dirty sheets and clearly had not been cleaned, even the coffee cups had the remains of someone's drink in them. I was then allocated another room but the three different key cards I was given on three separate trips back down to...

Thank you for taking the time to comment on Best Western Parc des Expos. It was good to read that the bed was enjoyed as well as our Free WIFI access. As for the door, it is clear that the key was an unusual problem! Please accept our apologies and know that the lock has now been repaired.

The Good: The hotel location is excellent if you want to experience locale suburban Paris. It's away from the masses of tourists that descend on Paris. There is a really good ( and easy to work out ) public transport service at the doorstep. The hotel breakfast was OK with a good selection of fruits , cheeses, breads. The not...
