Of course, here is an extended review of a hotel in Turkey:

I was recently on vacation in a hotel in Turkey and was absolutely thrilled with the experience. From the very first minute of arrival, I felt welcome thanks to the friendly and professional staff who surrounded me with care and attention throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was simply perfect - right by the sea, which allowed you to enjoy stunning views of the endless sea and enjoy the sounds of the surf, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

The room I lived in was spacious, cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the high quality of service, the cleanliness and orderliness of the room, and the attentiveness of the staff to the small things that made it feel like you were at home.

The hotel restaurant was pleased with the variety of dishes and their high quality. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were rich in a variety of Turkish and international dishes, allowing me to discover new tastes and culinary masterpieces every day.

The hotel's well-kept grounds, with their beautiful gardens, peaceful swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers, contributed to the relaxation and relaxation atmosphere. I enjoyed walking along the well-kept paths, swimming in the pool and relaxing on the beach, enjoying a warm, sunny day.

Overall, the hotel in Turkey left a vivid and unforgettable experience in my heart. The magnificent location, attentive service, cozy rooms, varied cuisine and well-kept grounds have created ideal conditions for relaxation and relaxation. This hotel has become a real corner of heaven for me and I will definitely be back here again to enjoy this beautiful place again!

The coach transfer from antalya airport to the kirman is around an hour and 45 mins but there's a 15 min break on the way at services. The hotel from the outside is impressive and inside the reception area has the look of luxury, with fancy lighting and marble decoration. The welcome from reception is probably the best I've experienced in a hotel and you have a concierge who assists you with your luggage to your room which is nice after a long journey. The kirman is 24 hour all inclusive so there is a restaurant ' the pangea' that serves food, restaurant style all day long, there's evening hours in that particular restaurant that is for Al a carte for an extra charge but the rest of the time meals are included in the a/l. The hotel is large and has a brother hotel next door that you can use the pool and drinks also. We ate in the main buffet restaurant most nights and always found something we liked to eat, there's plenty options and although the food is catered towards russian/ German/ Turkish, we enjoyed trying different things to what we were used to. In the afternoon the beach/pool restaurant has more European dishes such as pizza, baked potatos and pasta which we enjoyed. Ice cream, drinks and snacks are available all day long so there is something for everyone. A word of warning, the alcoholic drinks are super strong, so if like us you like a moderate drink let the bar people know as although we're scottish we found the measures like quadruples back home. The best cocktails are served in the lobby bar, top class. The evening entertainment is the best we have experienced in any hotel and we've been all over Europe and to Turkey 6 times (different regions). The entertainment during the day ranges from dart games, archery, water polo, water zumba, there's is plenty activities throughout, I recommend trying them all! There is gym facilities and gym style workouts with the activity staff also, we are not gym bunnies so can't comment but did notice these facilities were well used by other guests. The pool is lovley and clean and the cleaning staff work relentlessly keeping the areas spotless. We weren't keen on the beach ( shingle and many sunbeds)but that is just personal preference, but from what we saw the beach was enjoyed by many. We usually went down for a sunbed by the pool around 9/10 am and never struggled to find one. The staff throughout the hotel work incredibly hard and the service provided is the best we have encountered to date. There are a few stand out staff who make your experiance extra special, superman in the activities team is the backbone of the entertainment. He is constantly happy and is very funny and genuinely had us laughing throughout our stay. He speaks several languages and his humour was well received by all, real good guy. We enjoyed the pool barman mesuts dry sense of humour and he made a real effort to talk to us everyday, also in the beach bar the bar man cuma looked after us very well and always took the time to stop and chat. Infact all the staff are incredibly hard working. A small tip here and there keeps motivation up and it's much appreciated as these guys work night and day. The shop within the hotel is overpriced a 2 minute walk around the corner and there's two shops that are more reasonably priced. I got my hair done in the salon on site and was happy with the results. There is spa facilities and a tattoo parlour also. I see a lot of the reviews are unhappy ones as the hotel is geared towards russians and germans but the second week we were there we met plenty english, scottish and Irish people too.

Overall we had a lovely stay here and most things about the hotel are positive with just a few things to be aware of.

Rooms are small and can be noisy on the front of the hotel but are well appointed and cleaned effectively. The mini bars are refilled each day with water, beer and soft drinks and chocolate/ crisps which is a nice touch. The air conditioning in all 5 of our rooms struggled to maintain a nice temperature despite leaving it running all day – it was the height of August!

Food is good and varied although service can be very hit and miss. We were lucky to have Ugur and Yunus look after us most of the week which was certainly one of the highlights of the trip – thanks very much gents! I can understand the comments from some about the breakfast being aimed at German and Russian guests but our four picky teenagers still found plenty to eat.

Drinks are good quality and staff are keen to help. Excellent coffee from the reception coffee bar and good cocktails in the lobby bar. We were served most nights by Irem who was lovely. The Point Bar serves great cheesecake in the afternoons and the better quality spirits in the evening. I did find it strange that the Beach Bar closed for an hour during sunset.

The entertainment team were excellent and were not too pushy trying to get people involved in activities. All of our group attended different exercise classes and they were all well run. The air conditioning in the gym did not work during our time there. Evening entertainment was possibly of a higher standard that other hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. The kids loved the games room and Veysel is an amazing host.

The main issue we encountered was obtaining towels for the pool. As other have said, loungers are packed in very tightly and we found it necessary to reserve them from 08:00 in order to use them. To get and return towels you have to visit the spa and this meant running the gauntlet of the spa staff. We have all been to Turkey before and are used to the sales techniques used in these types of hotel but here, one staff member takes it to a whole new level. We relented early on and two of the female members of our party booked massages which ended with him entering the room whilst they were naked on the couches and trying to upsell another £200 worth of treatments. He also felt it appropriate to try and sell facials to a 14 year old girl and massages to a 15 year old boy whenever they entered to get towels. All of this was reported to hotel management who said they would action our feedback.

Yaroslav from guest relations kept in touch throughout our stay by WhatsApp and was keen to help with any issues that we had. He also met us to get feedback and ask for a review before we left. All in all we did feel looked after and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

First of all, I want to respond to the beautiful building and good expensive renovation. But unfortunately the service does not match the appearance.
I'll start with the food: there is a lot of food, but it is of poor quality, overcooked, peppered. There is no salmon for breakfast, no nuts or dried fruits. Breakfast doesn't even include baked goods like muffins, scones and brownies!!! The dishes in the dining room are dirty, the tables are not wiped well. The chairs are also dirty
In the evening there is a lot of fried food, but practically no healthy food that can be given to the child. There is no varied children's table, there is none at all.
Beach: the sea is beautiful, but the beach is covered with one awning. The sunbeds are pushed close to each other. The towels they provide are torn and dirty. Towels need to be taken to the spa, and not at the beach, that is, you take them to the spa and drag the towels across the entire hotel territory. They are given out once a day and you have to bring a dirty, wet towel to your room.
The music blares until 11:30 p.m., can be heard everywhere, and the child cannot sleep. The show is not every day.
Initially, we were placed in a room overlooking the air conditioners, which were humming terribly; the room was changed.

Because of the service (especially the food), the hotel does not deserve 5 stars and the name De Luxe is also unnecessary.

We stayed from 2 August to 16 August
2024. Beautiful Pension of Employees with Little Care always there to serve you
There are several managers to serve you throughout the stay, for us we had Yaroslav an exceptional young man we were looking for a taxi, information, Reservation Yaroslay was always at our disposal
We had a small problem with the shower in 5 minutes a technician came to fix the problem. Pension very clean beds change every day
the beach to order drinks you have a Qrcode to your location you scan you choose the cocktail you want on the app and in 10 minutes a waiter comes to bring them to you. To the pool the same except that the waiter comes rollerblading For the return I had a problem with my suitcase I wanted film or tape but the reception told me 5€, I found it a little disappointing for an Inn that says 5 stars luxury.
Then Yaroslav was on leave.
Exiting the Inn on your right there is everything for excursions (at 30 m) there is a French couple selling excursions he speaks French and very good Trip Tip for anything you can go see them they will tell you even here you take no excursions and much cheaper
Here's hoping it will help you for us we'd stay another week so much that we were good but as they always say there's an end.
Again thank you to all the Pension staff
Who made our trip unforgettable and thank you again, thank you very much to Yaroslav

First of all, the welcome upon entering the hotel was very good. It would be fair to say that your hand does not touch anything until you exit the car door to the room. While you wait coolly in the lobby during your check-in, the receptionists personally take care of you with all kinds of food and drinks. I would like to thank Mr. Mehmet for his interest and warmth and for not breaking our wishes.

The general concept of the hotel is a family hotel, as they mentioned when booking. Our mother was a veiled woman and did not encounter any negativities. All the staff of the hotel are helpful and most importantly, they are all friendly. From the bartender to the cook, from the gardener to the field staff, everyone gets the opportunity to ask how your holiday was and if there is anything you want. In my short conversations with them, I learned that most of them were people the hotel had been working with for 3-4 years. Additionally, a representative from customer relations contacts you via WhatsApp within 24 hours after you check in to the hotel and provides you with information throughout your holiday. I would like to thank Ms. İkbal from the customer department for her interest and the gestures she made on my birthday.

If I talk about the food section of the hotel, it was sufficient in terms of variety, especially the meat dishes were amazing. When you take your food and sit at the table, the waiters immediately come and ask for your drinks. They serve you alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks both in the bar and restaurant sections of the hotel. Speaking of alcoholic beverages, for the first time in my life I went to a hotel and knew what I was drinking. All quality drinks, from foreign to local alcoholic beverages.

The hotel's activities and entertainment exceed your expectations. Animation-show nights performed by different nationalities every night seem professional enough to sell tickets.

As can be seen from the images, the hotel's pool is very large. There are also 3-4 children's pools for your children, including aqua parks.

Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Isak from the animation team, Mr. Enes, the fitness and sports activity instructor, Ms. Ikbal from the customer department, Mr. Mehmet from the reception and all the working friends. You are an amazing family.

Really lovely hotel with fantastic 24 hr all inclusive food and drink.
We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers (16&18). We had 2 large standard rooms (each had a single and double bed) with decent sized balcony.
The food selection was really excellent and everything was very tasty. The main restaurant is spacious and well laid out with different cuisines and a different theme every day. My personal favourite was breakfast with every taste catered for, loads of fresh fruit vegetable and bakery.
We only tried one of the a la carte restaurants (Mexican) which was nice and laid back compared to the hustle of the main restaurant. Tip: If you don’t have small kids then eating after 8 is much quieter.
There are several bars to choose from which were all great, though if you want a cocktail it’s slower.
I especially valued the hotels attitude towards being eco-friendly and not having loads of single use plastic bottles. There are water refill stations dotted around which was super useful and room fridges stocked daily with glass bottles of water and beer along with cans of coke and Fanta.

The pools are fabulous and although the loungers were always busy there was plenty space in the pool to swim or throw a ball.

Entertainment was top class and the live DJ or bands from 10pm a big hit for us.

The hotel is just over 1 hr drive from Antalya airport and we got a private transfer for 55 euros each way.

For the entire duration of the stay you are assigned an assistant via a WhatsApp group and can get help with anything you need from restaurant bookings to having drinks restocked. Our assistant Yaroslav was very helpful and professional and a credit to the hotel.

Best Family Holiday Ever! We went as a family with young toddler and this hotel was absolutely perfect for us all. We were all-inclusive, all the drinks were real branded drinks too unlike when you go Spain/Greece and have to pay a premium. All the cocktails are amazing! and also all on the all-inclusive. We stayed for 10 nights. The hotel had amazing food which catered to all out tastebuds, especially the meat which was cooked to perfection and jacket potatoes from the pool bar - wow!. The main asset to this hotel is the staff and the effort they all put in individually to make your holiday the best ever. From the maids who cleaned out room daily, to the gardeners, waiter, waitresses, cooks, hotel staff and entertainers - you are all amazing - just thank you thank you thank you. we had the best holiday. They really cater for young children, they remember your names which I thought was a lovely touch and really had the time of day to get to know us. The hotel has so many pools perfect for swimming and paddling in, they have their own waterslides which were really fun too. the kids splash park was awesome and id imagine any child would love this. Their beach was lovely though we didn't spend to much time here as we are not fans of too much sand, we never struggled to get a subbed by the pool and you don't need to rush down in the morning to try and save one as there are plenty. There was so much entertainment throughout each day - through to the evening and the entertainment staff were key to giving the guests the best vibes to enjoy themselves. The staff really carry this hotel to the standard it is. There is an onsite photography studio and we thought it being our first family holiday holiday we would get some nice photos - and they were absolutely perfect ! we came away with an album and a poster and they were the best photos and captured the happiness we felt here. We cannot wait to come back and do it all again, Thankyou so so much, XX

We had a family vacation at the beginning of September (2 adults + 2 children), and upon check-in we were asked to wait about 4 hours with our two small children until the rooms were cleaned. We were placed in a room on the 0th floor, which was impossible to stay in! A terrible smell of sewage, the room was smaller than the one stated, instead of a second bed there was a folding bed, for two days we demanded that we change the room, only in the evening of the second day, we came across rather the director/co-director and found us a free room on the 4th floor. The smell in the room has become much better, but the quality of cleaning and repairs leave much to be desired. Everywhere is very dusty and dirty.

A little about food. It was literally not tasty at all. Breakfast is very poor, greasy and not tasty. For lunch there are only two choices of soup, the meat is rubbery, the choice is also not pleasing to the eye, and the same sad thing happened with dinner.

Swimming pools and territory: the hotel itself has very terrible elevators that work according to an incomprehensible principle and you have to wait a long time, the inside of the hotel is very dirty, the pools are a place where infections accumulate, on the very first day the children caught a local virus with a rash and a high temperature, we are still being treated... sun loungers lacks. The sea - the entrance to the sea is also very dirty. The playground is not cleaned. Alcoholic cocktails with a bitter taste.

The only plus is the delicious baklava. All. The hotel deserves no more than three stars. And it clearly shouldn’t have that price. Vacation ruined!

P.S. Photos were taken immediately after the room was cleaned -_-

No, but Pangea a la carte is and it is quite good. If you tip the waiter at begining 50-100try, they will look after you well for the rest of the meal.

Hello. Ahhh, I don’t know. We only went for our allocation on the al la carte (the main restaurant was enough for us and great food). We didn’t even bother with the steakhouse, so I don’t know the price there. Not much help to you really….sorry!
