As first time visitors to the Wild Coast Sun resort, my family and I were truly amazed with the hotel, its facilities and especially the adjoining water park which I will review separately. The hotel is very modern, clean and well kept. We were allocated a ground floor unit which was very spacious, with lovely views and had all the...

I visited the hotel this month and it is gone very bad. The place is gone really gone down the drain from what it was 3 years ago. Some staff and some management are very rude when stopped and asked a question. Generally you can see staff are not happy and just answer for the sake of it with no...

We waited at least 30 mins to order a drink every time we went to the bar in the casino. The service at the pool area was even worse, with the manager ignoring us when we wanted to complain about the service. The only good thing was the massages at the poolside. Well priced and excellent massage.

A rather disappointing hotel, poor quality and disappointing. The garden is poorly maintained, lawn not cut. Staff are unfriendly and rude. I requires 3 table spoons ask my kids to collect from Chico's restuarant they approached a staff member that refused and as they left the waiter made a racial slur at the kids. We don't have spoons for your...

We visited the Wild Coast Sun for two nights for the first time this December and were pleasantly surprised. It is a long drive from Johannesburg at over 800km but we survived the long journey with two young ones and it was worth the drive. There was plenty to do for the entire family and we tried it all, walks...

Our family booked two sea facing rooms - the rooms were great and beds were very comfortable. Disappointingly our rooms were floors and considerable distance apart. Our request to be closer together could not be accommodated. As non-casino people, we found the entertainment options fairly limited (except for pricey externally provided options). Although the water park was great, the absence...

Hotel rooms are always clean and well equipped. Lots of fast food places to choose from. The hotel restaurant serves lovely breakfast and dinner buffets. Clean casino. Amazing water activities. Highlight of the kids gaming area is the 10 pin bowling.

Travelling from the busy Durban metropolitan area through the tranquil untouched areas of the south coast - the drive to WILD COAST SUN was so relaxing. there are two roads - the old scenic route (roads bit bumpy) but the views and quaint old towns and haunts are worth a first time traveller. I did the old route going up...

We arrived at 2pm and had to wait in a queue of about 100+ people for 45 minutes. We eventually were asked whether we were voucher guests or other. We were other and were removed from the line and taken to the concierge desk where we were checked in for our 3 night stay. The promised fruit bowl was not...

Didn't stay at the hotel but visited the casino on a rainy day while on holiday in th south coast. The food court area had 5 fast food places, was under staffed and the area was under construction. So couldn't even have a conversation while we ate. Kids gaming area was decent and so was the casino itself. But the...
