The inn is off the beaten path which is nice because it is quiet. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food tasted great. The property goes on forever and there are many trails to explore. There are great views everywhere. We actually skipped the...More

Location off the beaten track. You will need a car if you want to go to town in the evening as hotel is basic. Located in the rainforest with its own hiking trail.
Breakfast pretty basic and not too much variety but adequate

If we are staying in Arenal and want to go to stay at you place for two nights, do you have any suggestion on the best way to get here from Arenal. We heard about a boat and horseback excursion and I was wondering how I would do this with luggage. Last time we stayed at the Los Volcan Hotel 3 years ago and plan to stay again. Unless we can stay at your place first but not sure how I would get there from the LIR airport.

I'm sorry, but I was a tourist staying at the Monteverde Inn. The best thing to do would be to contact the hotel directly.
