I stayed 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment. I was given a key fob for underground parking du to the length of my stay which was fantastic. I had a room right near receptions that was perfectly fine. As I left the reception staff apologised if it was noisy but I never heard reception noise much at all. Late at night when everything was quiet the vending machine was noticeable but as it not used a great deal this was not an issue.
Unit was clean and tidy and had everything I needed in it. The drier is a bit tricky and does not dry the clothes completely so if needing instant dry this could be an issue. I just hung the clothes for a few hours on the airier

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was nice and comfortable. The bedrooms does not have separate heating or cooling, have to rely on the main split unit in the living area. The pillows were too soft for me, but other than that it’s fine. There is no free apartment cleaning during the stay but it wasn’t an issue for us.

It is in a very quiet complex, close to lots of shopping areas and main roadways. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Free parking is also a bonus. The staff were very friendly. The only downfall is that it is serviced weekly (not daily) so you have to make sure you keep your apartment clean yourself, however the receptionist provided me with extra towels and toilet paper towards the end of our stay. There is also no TV in the bedroom and the couch is small but we managed. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay as peaceful, good parking off road and spacious. It was a little difficult to locate initially but well equipped and friendly helpful staff. A little oasis in a busy area. Good value as well.

Make sure all rooms are equipment with coffee mugs. Mine wasn’t. There was coffee and tea facilities but no mugs. Also I had 2 conditioners and no shampoo. This is a simple thing that should not be stuffed up. Room was nice and clean and tidy. I will stay here again if in the area.

My son and I stayed here while attending metro pain group and Monash private hospital in Clayton from Western Australia.
We had been recommended the campus apartments by the metro pain group and were not disappointed. We had a one bedroom apartment on the third floor and I had requested a fold out bed for myself.
Jon phoned me the day before to confirm we were still going to be checking in late and that they would text me through the late check in instructions the day of our arrival.
These were so easy to follow. The room was set out as requested, the fold away bed was very comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean and stocked with the basic toiletries and coffee, tea, milk. The staff were more than helpful, assisting with extra blankets and essentials that we may have run out of. Our apartment had its own balcony overlooking a playing field.
The apartments were only a ten minute taxi trip to the metro pain group and Monash private hospital and the reception staff were happy to book a taxi for us.
I highly recommend a stay at the campus apartments and would certainly book here again if I required accomodation close to the hospitals.

Quiet and clean. Disappointed that my sheets and towels didn't get changed the 8 days I was there but staff were accommodating when I requested towels. Get an undercover carpark as you will need it. Parking is a little tight. Free WiFi and basic Foxtel are a nice touch. I enjoyed my stay here.

Very clean and tidy apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Toiletries and clean towels were provided. I would recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Clayton, should go to Clayton Serviced Apartments.

I had a double room with kitchen, bathroom, lounge and balcony. All clean, well-looked after, and modern. Very good washer/dryer. Five minute nice walk to campus. Peaceful area. Good car parking (used the outside parking not the underground). Friendly and helpful concierge. Very good value for money.

I have only ever stayed in a one bedroom appartment here, and find the staff at reception extremely helpful, they go out of there way to help knowing that I would not be there before reception closes, extremely clean, comfortable, secure and everything is there, just bring food and cloths

I dont know if they do, as we did not try this. Perhaps the best way to find out is to email them directly to ask.
