One of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in, and believe me, I've stayed at loads over the years! Spotlessly clean, good size room and a bed so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it! Convenient location and lovely hosts. If and when I stay at Spalding again, this will be my first choice.

Very welcoming hosts at this B & B. Very tastefully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. Short walk into town. They are not doing breakfast at the moment and have reduced their prices to reflect this.

I've just spent two weeks at the riverside walk. I can honestly say that I've rarely stayed in a nicer b&b. Spotlessly clean, spacious, private parking and wonderful hosts. Highly recommend. If you want a b&b in spalding look no further.

What a Wonderful Guest House, we stayed here from 1st Sept - 5th Sept. Ted and Kath Couldn't do enough for us, the Breakfast in the morning must be one of the best I have eaten in the UK. The rooms are comfortable and tidy, and we couldn´t ask for more

I have now stayed here multiple times and I have never been disappointed. The rooms are kept to a high standard of decor and cleanliness. The house is homely, rooms are cosy with lovely comfy beds, tea and coffee and yummy biscuits plus all usual amenities and free wifi. Ted's breakfasts are excellent and there is a microwave and fridge upstairs for guests to use for evening meals. I...

I stayed here for just one night - in the "Cabin" which was absolutely delightful. Situated in the lovely garden, it was quiet and very private. It had all the facilities one would want for an overnight stay … and then a whole lot more. I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in any country that had these kind...

Stayed in this B&B for 2 nights and couldn't fault it. The hospitality was superb, the full English breakfast was great and the room had all those little extras which you don't very often get e.g packets of biscuits, drinking chocolate satchets and even toiletries for the ladies! There was even a microwave and refrigerator for the use of the...

I stayed with Kathleen and Ted for a few days and found the accommodation and service superb. Host and hostess were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and of ample quantity. I stayed in the cabin situated in the garden that is quite self contained and has A/C and wireless internet connection. My recommendation for this guest...

Travelled from Rotherham with my son for an appointment with my old dentist in Spalding. Only 15 minutes walk to the town centre but in a superb, ultra quiet location. Ken's breakfast impeccable....and he provided my two last minute "extras" - veggie sausages and black pudding - without batting an eyelid! This B & B is faultless and it's run...
