It was a pathetic place to be.. unkept lawns... unprofessional staff.. disgusting owners... I couldn't understand how TripAdvisor could even recommend such a place to anyone.. they had put this message on their signboards.. "Recommended by TripAdvisor".. Believe me, its a NO NO for everyone !!

In my himachal tour while traveling from Manali to Dalhousie, thought to had a night halt at some place so that it won't be a longer journey at a stretch. visited the hotel with family.Since the visit to Palampur was not originally planned I suddenly visited the place.The photogenic view of the hotel is beautiful.The hotel occupies good space and has beautiful lawn and is surrounded by hills.However,the room is not worth staying compared to rent charged.the room originally provided had to be changed as the lock was not working.no...

Wrost Wrost so bad experiance pls can't visit even no phones in rooms . Too much costly food . Non professional staff. Bad bad bad bad bad . Difficult to reach in hotel . We can't see that kind of hospitality in all himachal visited so many places .

The resort is beautifully lovated at the foothills of the Himalayan range. The location is fantastic and i recommend taking a walk towards the north ( towards a place call d Bundla, go up towards the mountains) . I checked in at sai gardens yesterday with my parents , wife and 2 kids . The staff was very cooperative and very hardworking. The rooms were well made and the washrooms were absolutely clean. Sai gardens is one hotel which is extremely practical for corporate travelers like me. It fits into my entitlement and charges for what i need. neat and clean rooms. hotel staff is very supportive. i recommend u all to stay here.Thanks

The rooms of the hotel are very good with all what a traveler wants. Their rooms are clean and the linen eapecially is well washed , usually we miss that even in five star hotels now a days. Overall a greatbplace to stay with really affordable food and a fantastic location.
