We checked in and from the onset Alix and Brice has been so welcoming. The rooms are spacious and have all the nessesary requirements you would ever need. The food in the restaurant is highly recommended and freshly cooked on site. I highly recommended the lamb as it is the best meal I have ever tasted abroad. The pool is...

We stayed here one night motoring back to the UK. Alex and here staff made us very welcome including our little Cockapoo dog. The rooms are nice and well furnished with comfortable beds. The really great thing about this place apart from the service is the location which is just beautiful. The restaurant is great and the service is informal...

We stayed for one night in this beautiful hotel, with stunning views of the wine region. The hotel is perched on a hillside. The service was very good and the staff friendly. The room was a good size, with stunning views. The food in the terrace restaurant was very good and beautifully presented, although slightly more expensive than normal Spanish...

For the summer we booked part of our trip to the north of Spain with Eliza was here. An independent organisation that specializes in European holidays of the beaten track. We chose Porta d'Alella for the quiet surroundings but close to Barcelona. We stayed for two weeks. The hotel is run by chef Brice and his wife Alix. We where...

We have find it occasionally. Due to the chain of circumstances we have found ourselves in Alella with no place to stay for 2 nights and having a cat with us. So I've asked booking.com about hotels available for stay with the cat in Alella and got this one. We didn't care too much about the hotel, but it looked...

from the busy city of Barcelona. The hotel is hard to find due to lack of street signs, so you will need GPS or Googlemap it like we did. You have to pull up to the hotel gate (everything is gated?) and call the reception to let you in. We checked into a charming room with a great view of...

A very nice & quiet place, with clean, well furnished & spacious rooms. A very zen patio where you can chill out with a drink. 2 young directors, higly experienced and lovely. A delicious restaurant, where some of the recipies must be treasured (I won't say wich ones, it should remain a secret). A place to stay: the serenity a...

Air conditioner doesn't work properly. It's hard to sleep in this area without a nice air conditioner. It is no understandable for a "Four Stars". The surroundings are great but the beaches at Masnou are not corresponding with high standard. Badalona has much better beach.

Stayed 3 nights in late May. Rooms were large and clean, bathrooms ok with surprisingly powerful over bath shower. Breakfast included fresh croissants. Pool area very basic but lovely covered terrace with pretty view. Very reasonably priced drinks. We didn't eat in as there is a large selection of restaurants nearby. Peaceful setting but rooms not brilliantly soundproof. You will...
