Service and welcome very good and friendly. Food good , generous portions.
Lacked atmosphere but we did go at 12.30 on the week before Christmas.

Simply not good enough! Basically a 1970s boozer with 1970 decor, tiny badly laid out rooms, sticky carpets, dire showers, peeling paint - all in desperate need of upgrading.
