I spent four nights here: 300 Baht for a really big fan doubleroom with bathroom and a private balcony on the inner court. The place is clean and I had a great sleep with no noises at all.Local breakfast (rice, soup, vegetables, toast butter and jam) included in the price. They washed my laundry too, fast and cheap. The bus station...

A pretty average hotel in a town that doesn't receive many tourists. Clean room, standard hard thai mattress, and bathrooms that were nice and clean. Our room didn't have hot water but it didn't matter because a cold shower felt better anyway. Unstable wifi but it mostly worked! Don't stay here if you can't sleep through noise and light coming...

I must agree with another reviewer, that the rooms are cell-like. We stayed one night in room 314. It was hard to get some sleep - even with earplugs - because of the heavy traffic just outside the room. Our room was clean and beds ok. The balcony is there as Lonely Planet writes, but the safety-'fence' was rusty and...

Reading the Lonely Planets we thought Phrae might be an ideal town to stop for a couple of days. NO its NOT. The town had absolutely nothing to offer. The hotel was large, virtually no English spoken by reception and no help whatsoever. Breakfast we anticipated to be small, but on our last day at 8 am. we had a...

Nothing really wrong with Panadorn except the cell-like rooms with no windows, but nothing great either. Nice reception lounge and convenient for bus station, but that is the extent of the charms of this over priced hotel . If you are content with DIY Nescafe for your breakfast that will help you enjoy it. There must be better places at...

If your looking for somewhere cheap and clean Paradorm is good. Located just 200m down the road from the bus terminal its about the same distance from the the town gates (and the night markets for good local street food). Fan room, hard Thai style beds, TV, and a little fridge. Nothing exciting but a perfectly good place to lay...

Nice, clean, quite big, bright and quiet room with fan on the 3rd floor. Comfortable bed and pillows, warm blanket Close to local restaurant, bus station ,some local temples . Nice bright room with pretty view from the window. In the room rate is included the continental breakfast - coffee, bread and jam. . The staff was very helpful.

Got a fan room on 3rd floor which was surprisingly quiet as this hotel is right on the main road. 330 baht for the night. There is a more upmarket looking hotel next door which I would've checked out if staying more than one night. Can't complain for the price.

This hotel is an easy quick walk from the bus station. The first room they showed us was a fan room and it was right on the main road so VERY NOISY. The room was also a little ragged looking and had cobwebs. Even though the nights were cold we asked to see an a/c room and it was WAY...

I had a fan room at the back of the building, room 231. I give this hotel the maximum rating because the excellent value for the price. I paid 330 THB. The room was clean, the shower was good, there was a TV in the room and breakfast was included. Staff was friendly and the hotel has a great location....
