Our stay at Parkhill Estate was absolutely magical. The hosts were so welcoming, the rooms were stunning and the canapes, drinks and cheeses in the evenings were a special treat. We did realise this before we went, but Parkhill is pet friendly (small dogs by prior arrangement). If we had known we would have taken our little dog with us...

From the moment you meander down the oak lined drive, you feel a new found level of relaxation running to meet you, really it's only Steve rolling out the welcome carpet, but the feeling is just as good. From that moment on, nothing is to much trouble, mixing and mingling with other guests, enjoying a quiet bevvy either in the...

It was pure chance that we pick this place for a mini break after the christmas rush.Grab one had a very irresistible deal/offer and we took the opportunity.I have to say, I was worried that we would get a bargain service as we got the deal on a Grabone special. It was such a surprise that the standards did not...

We had a truly relaxing 2 day stay with Steve attending to our every need. Our friends were surprised to see us roll up in the Buick and the pace of travel in it contributed to the relaxation factor. The whole house is beautifully restored and breakfasts to die for. Beware the Mosquitos by the swimming pool.

This was an amazing two night stay. Our room and ensuite were just so beautiful and comfortable as was the whole of the estate. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as well as the pool and were treated by Steve and Lyn with much kindness and nothing was too much that made us feel special. They went out of their way...

Anna and I had an absolutely delightful stay at a fantastically restored country house: 6 double bedrooms and en suites, each themed with very distinctive furnishings. This, together with a luxurious 'old world' lounge, huge kitchen and dining room, and lovely library / TV room - all set in spacious grounds, with mature trees, a grass tennis court and swimming...

Parkhill Estate has the most luxurious yet comfortable rooms we have ever seen. We rented the whole house and I understand now it is catered by a host and individual rooms are rented. I can tell you it will be hard to choose. They are all unique and quite fabulous in different ways. My favorite is Esmerelda's room. Just as...

“Have a look on their website to view a description and picture of the rooms before you book. We saw all but Marilyn's room whilst we were there and they all have their special touches. We especially liked the bathroom in ZaZa's and Angelica's suite looked very bright and airy.”

“We loved Marilyn's suite because it had a huge jaccuzi tub and big rain shower! It is a large room in wonderful hues of Tiffany blue and rich brown and it has french doors to a personal patio. Having said this, we saw all the rooms and each has its own unique appeal!”
