We returned to Quinta de San Amaro for our 4th stay in the heat of July and enjoyed another wonderful stay. Our room was one of a few with its own terrace with views over the village and vineyards beyond and distant views of the sea. We ate at the hotel every night and enjoyed every meal, usually on the...

Stayed for three nights, in what would be the low season. Just saw a couple of others. Great service, helpful and very friendly staff. Excellent food. Beautiful location, in the middle of a quite small village dominated by wine yards. The staff helped with organizing wine tasting and advising on trails for hiking close by. Not too far away from...

This is a nice hotel and we had a nice interesting room with a small terrace. It was very clean and the restaurant is superb. If we had any niggle it was that their restaurant business is clearly a big part of their business so the staff were always very busy and did not really take that much time to...

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. The meals were Michelin standard and was the best we had in Galicia. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. The highlight of our stay in Galicia.

The perfect place to visit many areas of interest and Nacho gave us all the ideas and information we needed to make the most of our stay. Room was very comfortable and the whole place was most attractive with lots of flowers and candles at night - traditional but with a modern twist. Food was excellent with plenty of choice...

We stayed here for two nights based on TripAdvisor reviews and the Michelin guide recommendations. First, the good: the grounds of the hotel are really pretty, there are hammocks and terraces, and the horreo in which you can sit is pretty; the views of the valley really are wonderful and ever-changing as the sun sets. The room itself was a...

Enjoyed a 6 day stay at Quinta San Amaro while exploring the Galicia and Asturias regions of Spain. I must say, It was hard to venture far from the pool and the lovely property. Our superior room had a terrace (not much privacy from adjacent rooms though) with a stunning view of the countryside. Comfortable bed and a nicely decorated...

Lovely hotel with excellent breakfasts & a good restaurant. Extremely helpful manager, spacious, dog friendly room. Very popular at weekends for local, family celebrations, atmospheric & great fun. It is close to the main highway, which is not noisy & doesn't spoil its' charm.

Found this place from recommendation by Casas cantabricas.co.uk we would never have found it otherwise. Perfect for a few days in this area. Very stylish and interesting layout , fun artwork, food imaginative, luxury monogrammed towels and nice linen, only downside was the bed which was a bit wobbly, the hotel was busy with lunch guests and boisterous kids so...
