I stayed at this hotel on October 13th 2021 for one night. Check-in lady was very friendly . The room, 317, was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They were too thick to my liking. Had breakfast in the bistro/restaurant and it was very good. Great menu. The woman who served me was very kind and efficient. I regret not getting her name.

When we drove up to the hotel at 11pm it was so charming with an old building and patio lights strung over the entrance. We were warmly welcomed but the charm stopped there. I booked a room that was supposed to have a pull out sofa (since we were 2 adults and a 12 year old) but we got a king bed instead. I made a complaint at reception and they brought a foldable bed right away. Was not even ideal for our daughter. She ended up sleeping with us in the king. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and the fridge was warm because of huge ice build up. The TV didn't work either. I went to make coffee in the morning and there was mould on leftover coffee in the machine. Due to a shortage of staff there was no breakfast to offer even though it is supposed to be included. We were forwarded so not a big issue but we only got a $8 reduction - not $8x3 people. Disappointing stay overall.

We stayed here late Feb/early March. Clean rooms, great beds. I forgot my purse and they went over and above to ensure I got it via courier. One man band was very talented! Thanks so much for the great service!
