We've used Kalido Travel for airport transfers many times over the past several years and they always provide excellent service. For this trip to Secrets Moxche, that great service continued. Victor and Ildefonso were both friendly, safe and on time. We couldn't be happier and will definitely use them for our future trips! They keep earning their #1 rating!

I will always use Kalido for our transfer from the airport to our hotel. All of the staff are so friendly and professional. I love being able to add beverages to our ride when booking. This is our second time to use Kalido and we loved our drivers! Tomas picked us up from the airport and gave us a great history lesson on Cancun! He was funny, professional and so welcoming! Our departure driver was Luis and he helped us with our Spanish! He was so kind and patient! He was also sad with us that we were leaving, ha ah! Kalido travel was the best roundtrip airport transfer to/from our resort in Cancun. They arrived early and helped us with our bags. We will definitely use them again next time we come back to Cancun. Rafael our driver was amazing!!

Absolute best shuttle service we have ever used. I am only disappointed that we did not choose Kaildo for our excursions. Drivers were lovey and the SUVs were spotless. We were offered water as soon as we arrived tot he vehicle. Highly recommend!

This is the first time we used Kalido as a transfer to our resort but it won’t be the last . We were held up waiting for our baggage at Cancun airport but the reps kept in contact advising us that they were waiting and put our minds at ease . David our driver was polite and courteous and gave us some good tips on places to go and local specialties to eat/drink . Our return journey was just as good Rafael let us know he was running 10 mins late due to traffic but still got us back in plenty of time . We paid for a van but both trips were in luxury SUV’s which were immaculate and very comfortable. Both of our drivers were chatty , professional and made us feel that we were in safe hands . Will definitely use Kalido again when we return to Mexico next year !

We cannot recommend Kalido enough, the transportation was fabulous. The drivers were amazing and the process was very seamless! We had Rafael on our way to the resort and Rene on the way back to the hotel, both of them were professional, personable, and excellent drivers. We will definitely use this service again!

Kalido was an amazing transfer company to work with. We have used other transfer companies over the years in Cancun and tell her hello was by far the best.
