We used Happy shuttle for our hotel transfers. Our flight got delayed and they were easy to work with changing transfer date and time. Rene was our driver and he was great. He was very polite and I told him that my husband can get car sick so he drove very good. Definitely recommend.

Happy Shuttle always comes through! We come here every year and their cars are always clean and the drivers very friendly and professional. Our driver today was Trinidad, and he offered to stop at a grocery store or pharmacy if we needed to.

Everything was perfect. Alex came and picked us up, packed all our luggage, opened the doors for us, and accompanied us with great conversations and jokes during our ride to our hotel! I highly recommend that everyone gets to experience this kind of service!

This is the shuttle company to use when you’re in the area! I’ve used them several times before and it’s always a great experience. Clean vehicles, safe driving, and drinks ready upon request. I also appreciate the clear pricing on their site and ability to book online. This trip I originally booked it round trip to & from a resort for a wedding my husband and I attended. Shortly after we decided to extend our trip with a stay in Isla Mujeres with some friends who wanted to meet up. I reached out to Happy Shuttle to see if it was possible to add 2 additional passengers, change the departure location to the ferry and change dates. They responded back right away and made those changes for us. Cesar picked us up at the ferry right on time and was a pleasure to ride with. Highly recommend!

Our driver Marcos was wonderful :) and right on time when we arrived at the ferry from Isla Mujeres. Such a nice conversation on the way to Cancun airport. Our trip was from the airport to Garza Blanca Resort. Lucio was amazing! We learned so much about the history of Cancun. How and when it got its start! We also got some fantastic tips on locations to visit if you were looking for something a little less touristy. This is our 3rd trip with Happy Shuttle and can’t recommend them enough!

We came into a different marina than planned, Happy shuttle was able to work with us to get our pick up location changed without an issue. There was a small change fee. Hugo, our driver was courteous and friendly. The van was clean and Airconditioning pumping.

Amazing service from the guys at happy shuttle. I booked a round-trip and both ways were great experience. My family and I felt safe and well oriented on the questions we asked the drivers. ORLANDO was the driver that picked us up on our way back to the airport, and even tho we were a little sad because we were going home, he made the trip funny and very down to earth experience.
