    Great building and view
Spent just over an hour here. Roof view good towards Tivoli. Roof terrace did say closed but was actually open, think it meant just the bar was closed. Great Rodin collection of sculptures. Winter garden lovely especially sculpture in pond. Building itself inside is wonderful open late one night - check. used the CHC

    Stunning architecture
We decided to visit on a whim as we were walking past and realised entry is included with the Copenhagen Card. I’m glad we popped in. The architecture of the museum is stunning and the exhibits are laid out in a way that enhances it further. Would recommend.

    Good, but challenging.
There is a multitude of things to see here and what they have is very nice, especially sculpture. The Rodin hall is wonderful. But I gotta say is absolutely terribly arranged and signed. I had a layout map and i still had a hell of a time trying to see everything. .

    Couples Glyptotek Visit
We found the Glyptotek was the perfect place to spend a couple of hours. The staff were really nice and the price was really good. Tickets for under 27 years old (strange but not complaining) and students with a valid student ID was 95 DKK, equivalent to approximately £11. There was so much to see and do with over 10,000 works of art and archaeological objects from Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, Rome, as well as Danish and French art, plus much more! There’s definitely something for everyone! Follow our account @j.j_journeys on Instagram and TikTok for more details and travel inspo on all the places we’ve visited🌙✨

    Great place
Fantastic museum with very different exhibitions. You can see anthropological artifacts from the Middle East (where som of them should be delivered back to the original countries - shame on you, Glyptotek!) but also modern art like french impressionist. They have quite a selection of Paul Gaugain (he lived in Copenhagen for a period of his life). They also have interesting epecial exhibitions. Recommended.

    Museum experience Copenhagen
Wonderful building and great exhibition. Just perfect for a chilly and windy day. The Egyptian part was especially rich but we saw some really nice pieces from Van Gogh, Monet and Gaugein. Recommended!

Interesting museum. Free entry last Wednesday of month
What a beautiful museum, amazing statues, best part for us was the Egyptian part including the mummies and sarcophagus, very interesting. Do not take any backpacks unless you are prepared to put them in a locker which you need to pay for. Some useful advice - The museum offers free entry on the last Wednesday of each month which is the reason we went, so glad we did though.

    Lovely atmosphere
Loved the palm house, a beautiful place to sit and enjoy. The museum is full of sculptures and art, there isn’t loads of information so be aware you won’t be learning about the objects and their history. The Egyptian part is excellent, and the cafe very nice. We visited towards the end of the day and it wasn’t particularly busy which was nice. Lots to see in every room and a lovely atmosphere overall

Amazing museum with a lot of art and sculptures
Wow, the Glyptoteket is amazing! Definitely recommend going if you want to see art and sculptures. I really enjoyed the special exhibition “After nature.” Be ready to spend at least an hour there, it is huge and the paths are a bit weird sometimes, so it’s easy to miss exhibitions. Also, one of my favourite musem shops - so many beautiful things I would have loved to buy. You have to put bigger bags in a locker, which cost 20dkk.

Beautiful place to spend a few hours
Beautiful collection of mainly sculptures and remakes with a scarce painting section of French artwork. The inside garden was quite beautiful especially with thoughtfully placed artwork within although multiple copies of the same sculpture within the garden made it feel less impressive than if each piece had been unique. The Egyptian section was quite interesting as well as the thoughtful design into the mummy area.
