Nice venue, kids friendly and nice environment. Friendly staff and clean outfit and tools. Recommended for families and kids outings, especially on hot summer Gulf days.

Amazing experience. Kids absolutely loved it. They have shorter slides especially for the kids. It's not that expensive. Definitely worth it. We didn't try the restaurant as we came right after lunch but the rides are worth it.

Amazing place to have fun, had only 2 families there when we went. Had silver package and staff were amazing enough to let us ride all the rides at least once which was fantastic. Staff very friendly and welcoming amazing smiles and overall fantastic Rides were fun and speed was good I did think I was going to get stuck on the biggest ride as it slowed right down before I got to the end but I managed to get there. Cafe is small and has amazing Karak tea which is extremely hot but gets cooled out due to the temptrature inside Got told off not to use a camera on a stick inside the mall and inside the snow Dunes itself due to safety or something but managed to record few clips.

The slides and activities were great. I was disappointed when we got our booster snacks and my husband and I weren’t hungry so asked if we could take them with us as we were leaving the park right away and was told no. I found a staff to give them to but it is a large waste of food. I understand not wanting people eating and drinking throughout the park but as wee we’re leaving directly from the restaurant I feel I should have been allowed.

Me and my 3 friends had a fantastic time here in Snow Dunes! The staff are so friendly and helpful, any problem we have, they are always there to help us out. The slides are fun and there is plenty to do, I recommend if you can do so, get the Gold package so that you can do all the best rides. Much love from Portugal 🇵🇹
