Lotte World is a fantastic theme park a variety of dark rides, thrill rides and stuff for kids. The parade and evening show were also professionally done. We went on a Monday, started right at open and many of the indoor rides were 10 minutes or less. Several we just walked on. The outdoor section was busier with the longest queue that we were in being about 40 minutes. A few tips to save time and money: 1. Go on a weekday but check school holidays in Korea and avoid those dates. 2. Go during the off season if you can - January to March prior to Spring Break 3. Use single rider lines (even if you have more than one person in your party). Doing this turned a 2 hour wait for the Atlantis roller coaster into a 15 minute one. There are a couple of rides that have this option. 4. Look for discounted tickets on Klook. We saved 20% booking that way and the exchange of digital vouchers to physical tickets was quick and easy. Lastly, make sure to visit the Folk Museum (accessible from Lotte World by elevator). It is a world class museum, was not crowded and has some incredible displays and artifacts.

Well, what can I say? Totally crazy! Lotte World is an indoor theme park, but there is also a large outdoor area on Seokchon Lake. There are roller coasters, but also other exciting rides, you never really know what's coming :D we were there on a Monday. It was empty in the morning and packed in the afternoon. We would therefore recommend coming straight to the park opening and then riding the big cable cars straight away.

Lotte World, often dubbed Korea’s Disneyland, is a must-visit for anyone seeking a fun-filled day in Seoul. Booking tickets through Klook was seamless, with smooth entry into the park. I was mesmerized by the sheer variety of rides and the numerous dining options, ensuring there was something for everyone. Visiting on a Monday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised by the manageable crowd, which made exploring the park more enjoyable. The indoor Christmas market added a festive touch, making the experience even more magical. While I thoroughly enjoyed 8 hours of entertainment, the only downside was the long queue times, with some rides requiring nearly an hour of waiting. Overall, it’s a fantastic destination for all ages.

We read the reviews of foreigners who were just belly aching about how crowded and long lines you get at lotte world and how wonderful their Disneylands and Universal studios and whatnots are . Perhaps they should know that Asian, Korean and Japanese theme parks are always crowded but the crowds are very polite and patient as they are always considerate unlike those in their own countries . That being said . Do your homework . There are express passes , there are apps to download to make your visit faster for you . Check the Lotte world websites , read how to get the passes and if you wish to save money, then it is on you. If you have to line up . Going to theme parks in Asia is about spending time with your friends and family members lining up and enjoying yourselves and not cattle rushing to one ride to another . If that is not for you , don’t visit Asian theme parks and stop comparing .

Lotte world is a Theme park with both inside and outside attractions with fun roller coasters. Get the all-inclusive ticket that provides an elevator ride up Lotte Tower with a viewing floor at 122 and 123 floors. The view over Seoul is fabulous. We had cheese cake and coffee in the restaurant on floor 123.

Me and my family came to Korea for a summer vacation, we visit the amusement park Lotte, it is great place to visit, unfortunately we got there around 1:00pm and that made an impact on the adventures and rides we were able to get on. This is a must place to visit if you travel with little ones there is a lot of parades and rides for the kids as well for the teens and adults. There is a lot of options for food, so it will not disappoint you in that aspect, you may need to either buy the fast pass or buy a 2 day ticket to complete all the rides. We love the Brazilian Parade in late June.

I didn't know what to expect, but overall I was really happy with my day at Lotte World. If you're a fan of the Disney parks you may be disappointed. The park is not as well maintained as some in the U.S. and there are not as many rides as some of the larger amusement parks found in the U.S. but it's fun way to spend a day in Seoul. We went on a week day and it was still very crowded. It looks like they do have some system to reserve your place in line for some rides, but my group was not able to figure it out.

Loved the performance they put on for Halloween & how big the space is for the public to enjoy. The tickets aren’t too expensive & they also have annual passes for here too. It can get really busy so if you have a small baby/toddler it can be overwhelming, this place is for people of all ages but for the rides, I feel kid has to be older than a toddler to be able to sit on the rides due to safety purpose. This theme park place has its own characters & the souvenirs are really cute!

DO NOT get in line for Atlantis 5G. This is NOT motion simulator ride, they just show you a video of the actual Atlantis ride. It was the lamest thing I have ever seen in any amusement park. If you buy your ticket online, DO NOT line up at the main gate. Walk past the main gate until you find the annual pass/wild tours gate. That is where you will pick up your ticket for entry. Weekends are super packed, to the point you will be standing shoulder to shoulder with everyone else. Crowd suffocation is a real danger. The park is not designed to accodomate the amount of people queuing and spilling into the walkways. Weekdays are less crowded, but half the rides are closed. The few rides that remain open still have over 2 hour wait times and queues that spill out onto the walkways.

Such a cool indoor amusement park for kids to ride a monorail or ice skate. There were at least three levels. There is poor cell coverage so you can’t rely on that for translating to Korean if you need assistance. We bought tickets for the day just for the park (and not the museum) and we went to the 3rd floor to ride the monorail.
