I greatly enjoy getting my regular massages at Healing Touch Spa. The therapist are skilled, and the best part is that they do not do any hard selling! I dont feel pressured to sign up for any packages, which I have encountered at other spas. The online booking system is also very convenient as I can easily select my preferred time and therapist. Their level of service and professionalism also makes me feel safe and assured when coming here on my own.

My experience as a package client with Healing Touch Spa at Sembawang Shopping Centre has been an awesome one! I never believe in buying packages due to past experiences with other spa but not with Healing Touch. The Thai massage crew saved my life! Have been to Alexia, City Gate and Novena since Dec 2023 when I had muscle spasms (was so bad I couldn't move much in some parts). I was healed after 3 sessions since Jan 2024, but still come for my regular sessions to keep my body well. I had deep tissue massage & moxa with Healing Touch. Qim (Alexia) promoted the packages without hardselling at all. I felt so respected throughout the whole process. Iris (Alexia) was my first masseuse. She was kind, respectful and experienced - trying hard to help me. After her first intervention, I was convinced to sign a package. Ivy (Novena) was very skillful and mature. Unforgettable. Anne (CityGate) was also good! I've had a few other masseuses but the Thai crew is still my personal favourite! They generally do not speak so much, so I can rest during my massage. They really have a healing touch for my aching and overworked body. Pls keep up the good work & reward the respective workers immensely. I am indebted and forever grateful.

I have been going to Alexis at Alexandra for many years and Ann the therapist is the one to go to. She is friendly and attentive. Whenever I highlight a certain area of my body that is tight, she will focus on it. Always feel more relaxed after every session.

Did bojin guasha facial done by Anna was very good, she paid attention to my skin condition and did the bojin well and massage on face as well. Receptionist Lynn is kind too, no hard sell. Might come back to try full body massage next time.

Went for my relaxing and effective spa session ( body scrub and whole body massage) at Healing Touch (Alexandra Branch) today. Have been a regular at the same branch and same massage specialist - Faith for the past few years - keep going back as the spa environment is quiet and relaxing, no hard sell of any packages , no sales pressure. Just full focus by the staff on making the customer's experience a good one from the moment you step in, enquiring on your needs ( eg the level of intensity of massage ) . Faith has been the massage specialist that i have always booked as she is professional yet friendly and warm, fully understanding and enquiring on the customer's experience and making adjustments when requested. She is pleasant to converse with and also provides quiet time for the customer to relax in peace while she goes about very professionally and effectively with her massages. She is a credit to Healing Touch and she is one reason why i have been returning year after year.

I went for my 1 hour massage today. I was late due to traffic congestion. But Nisa, the friendly receptionist was able to make arrangement so that the next customer was informed. I also enjoyed My massage by Gina. She was able to clear the tough knots in both my legs' area. I felt relax throughout the session.

Been visiting the Healing Touch outlet at Centrepoint for quite awhile now. Am greeted by the friendly Gina at the counter for the necessary administrative to be done before the massage. Love the Bojin massage done by Yong who is merticulous and is very skilled in knowing the various accupoints of the body.
