Ryan from the bike shop was exceptionally helpful and clear about the bikes and the possible trails to ride. My wife and I do not bike very often and we found his advice to be very useful. The bikes were in great shape and worked well. They were well oiled so it is a good idea to wear a clip around your trousers. Overall wonderful time and we highly recommend this bike rental shop.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were thankful to be able to take our dog along in a bike trailer. We rode along the Confederation Trail to Morell, but there isn't much in town, so it's better to pack water & provisions for the ride and turn around whenever feels comfortable. The trail is very well maintained and basically flat.

We rented bikes for a ride to Greenwich beach on a very iffy weather day. The ride was beautiful although very wet and we had some challenges due to the weather which resulted in us calling the office from the beach. The voicemail I left was returned with a call within minutes. The lovely owner of the business, Ed was very kind and helpful in resolving our issue. Highly recommend for your biking adventures on PEI!

Travelled to PEI with my bestie and booked three days to ride the Confederation Trail. Bikes did well on long KM days. Ryan was awesome at adjusting the bikes to fit to size (even switching out water bottle holders). Ed helped us with bike transfer and bag drops to our resort which was a huge help to us and greatly appreciated as we didn’t rent a vehicle. Small town graciousness for us west coast pals. He even dropped us at a restaurant at the end of our rental. Super nice! Our first day we jumped on the bikes and rode straight to the Prince Edward Island National Park before riding the beautiful trail to Morell. Thanks for the great experience. Can’t wait to return to your picturesque island.

A total five star experience. We are a retired couple in our 60’s, and always wanted to try ebikes. We rented a large fat tire unit, and a step through model. The courteous staff were fantastic in setting us up with properly fitted helmets, bike locks and provided great instructions for their use. We travelled along the beautiful waterfront trail to Morell and back. It’s a fantastic trail with breathtaking vistas all the way. The bikes are well maintained, have a smooth ride and lots of power (had lots of charge left when returned) reaching up to 32 kmph. Never did our safety feel compromised. Definitely a memorable part of our PEI vacation. We plan on returning, packing a lunch and taking them to Greenwich Park, as the entrance fee there is waived if you enter via bicycle. If you have never tried an ebike - this is the ideal venue. Great service, location and equipment.

Our family had a great experience renting bikes here. The best section of the Confederation Trail is right by this rental shop, making it super convenient. The bikes were in great condition, and if there were any issues, Ed was quick to swap them out, ensuring we were comfortable and excited for our ride. Ed is also very knowledgeable about the area and answered all our questions. Highly recommend for a fun family outing!

I am visiting from BC and wanted to explore a bit by bike. I couldn't decide which trail to do; Greenwich Trail or the Centennial Train, so I did both. The Greenwich trail, on the north side of the bay leads to a National Park with sand dunes and boardwalk. It is a bike and a hike/walk I had a lovely swim and some time on the beach. The Centennial Trail at St. Peter's Bay is part of the Trans Canada Trail and on the other side of the bay. This section to Morell hugs the shoreline for some of it and offers some scenic views. I had a great time!

Had a great full day exploring St. Peter’s Bay, Morell, and Greenwich Beach. Ed was incredibly patient and helpful, as this was our first time on electric assist bikes. Reasonably priced and good quality bikes. Recommended!
