I randomly found Sebastian Arrebola, 4 years ago when planning a trip to Antarctica. I trusted the Trip Advisor reviews and I'm so glad I did! Our first trip to Antarctica in December of 2022 was canceled for Covid after we had already arrived in Buenos Aires. Sebastian was as shocked and disappointed as we were, and did everything he could to help us get home and re-booked, 2 years later. I felt that he became my friend over this long period of time and was always there for any questions or concerns we had. When flight times and plans changed, Sebastian supported us and hired drivers and guides to get us to the airports, etc. He was always reassuring and professional, as well as empathetic. He was available throughout our recent trip for questions and helped us with ideas for ways to spend our long layovers. Sebastian seemed genuinely thrilled that we not only completed our trip, but wanted to hear the details of our experience. The Polar Travel Company has my highest recommendation and I hope I will have an opportunity to work with Sebastian again someday!

We took a wonderful cruise in the Antarctic Peninsula with the World traveller ship. It was a wonderful experience from all points of view. The excursions were well organized and very interesting. We saw magnificent views and local wildlife, all in safety. The cabins were very comfortable, the staff very kind and efficient, the food very good and refined. Do not miss the kayak excursion.

Regarding other tour operators I highlight: 1) Quick response: at all times 2)Adequate advice (direct and close): Via WhatsApp audios he informed me of the stations in Antarctica according to animal fauna and amount of ice. We chose December-January to be the time when you can see baby penguins, orcas, whales, seals,... and it was. In fact we get to see killer whales from the zodiak. 3) Quick management: we requested the reservation with a specific room number because it hit the coast during navigation, and confirmed me very quickly this option.
