    My husband and I went to Rosarito this weekend for our 1st anniversary. Apparently, this is a great time to go (unless you're in the mood to hit up clubs) as it's definitely *down time* as far as partying goes. We stopped by one club, Coco (or something like that) as Papas & Beer is more spread out & seemed... More
