Dear Madam, Dear Sir, With reference to Your review, we are glad that You liked the room and that our staff speaks a decent level of English. We are sorry for the noise , our offer for another room was an effort to accommodate You in an alternative sections avoiding the noise . We regret that You did not appreciate our little family run hotel atmosphere in consideration of our tiny venetian spaces , where we serve anyway a complete continental buffet breakfast.
