Originally a fisherman’s quarter, this quaint area can’t escape its small village feel: laundry hanging over the narrow streets, old ladies clamoring at each other from their balconies and elder gentlemen playing games on short wooden benches gossiping the day away, Barceloneta could double as a film set. Artists line the boardwalk displaying their magnificently detailed sand structures making this the most visited beach in the city (the shirtless men working out might help too). You’ll know by the delicious aroma that you're in the right place to try some of the best and most authentic seafood including paella, Spain’s national dish.
Really good burger, meat quality is superb. I came to this place with 3 other girls, we enjoyed our burgers so much, perfectly grilled and they filled up our tummies. The theme of this place is also very interesting. If we are back to Barcelona we will come back here for sure!
My boyfriend and I visited Reina Margherita earlier today for lunch. We went at an ideal time, roughly around 1pm. After that the place quickly became jam packed. We truly couldn’t get enough. The food was amazing, so flavoursome and tasty. With free freshly warm bread on arrival too! I can honestly say that the Pesto and Mortadella Pizza was...
If you want an authentic Spanish meal come here. Had lunch here today and the food was the best. Had artichokes, shrimp, fish , bombas, and house white wine. Everything was just delicious. Bill was 37 euros. Best meal we have had in the past 10 days in Barcelona. You have to wait outside but it is well worth it
Our first trip to Barcelona. We were greeted by a lovely hotelier who greeted us with a glass of cava. After learning it was our first visit she gave us a map and pointed out all of the places we might like to visit. We asked if she had any recommendations for restaurants for dinner and she pointed out several...
Stayed there for two days while visiting some friends I have in BCN! Very modern hotel with incredible views to the sea! Was amazing to wake up with the sunrise.
Went to the Bar they have on the top floor ‘Eclipse’ was quite cool with good music and nice drinks, very accurate to soend some time on the weekend.
Hotel well located. Pleasantly surprised by the room, it was large and modern and a nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. I felt that the hotel was good value for the location. Reception staff pleasant enough.
Booked through Jet2 and stayed here in September, nice older style hotel but up to date facilities, air con etc. and very clean.
Room was small but adequate as we were out of the hotel most of the time!
Buffet style breakfasts were excellent, plenty of choice and all freshly cooked and served.
The location was excellent being only a...
The hotel is in a great location for a short break, clean and breakfast was good for continental. Staff friendly.would say it is more 3* than 4* due to no tea and coffee in room and no bar facilities. But still a great stay as you so close to bars and tapas bars
