The futuristic Agbar Tower stands out from Barcelona's skyline in Poblenou. It is no coincidence then that this area of town is the newly crowned technological park of the city, its own mini Silicon Valley containing a tech incubator (Barcelona Activa) as well as a host of local and international high tech companies. To accommodate the onrush of new residents and workers, the area of Poblenou has seen a surge of activity in new high-rise residential buildings and two top-notch shopping centres catering to everyone's need. The ambiance of this area is calmer than the city center and the beautifully relaxing Bogatell Beach, popular with locals, is just a handful of blocks away.
Poblenou is a suburb located 3 kms from central Barcelona. Two great beaches across the end of Main Street. Lots of restaurants and shops available and plenty of public buses running continuously to the La Ramblas of Barcelona
The cemetery is really well maintained and signposted. The iconic "Kiss of Death" statue/headstone was particularly worth seeing.
It's a very peaceful place and contains some really beautiful, if melancholic, art.

"One of the best paellas in town"
reviewed 1 week ago by Hannah G
We love our Paella, so we take time and effort in finding the perfect one. This was great! it was flavoursome, fresh and just all-deliciousness. Also the croquettes were magnificent and beautiful choice of white wine. All local of course. Well done!
Place is very nice, and staff is helpful and happy.
Sometimes is easy to take a seat if you do not go early... it is crowded most of time.
Tapas are very good and price is not very expensive (correct).
Desserts are also nice.
Wow wow wow this place is so fantastic, one guy doing all the work and doing an absolutely amazing job. The plates are also so super cool! Definitely go here! We went for the tasting menu and weren’t disappointed with any of the meals
"Pleasant and warm stay at this interesting Hotel"

We had a great stay at the Hotel during our trip to Barcelona. Everything was as expected, warm, clean and nice staff. The only drawback for us was that area, that doesn't have a warm feeling, beeing more an office area and a former industrial one. We highly recommend this Hotel.
Staying in such a beautiful hotel is the cherry on top whilst visiting Barcelona. The Level really does have an exclusive feel as soon as you are welcomed.
The first element of this hotel that stuns you is the architecture - it is a contemporary beauty!
Treating yourself to The Level is exactly that (a treat!) and in turn you...
The hotel is situated in the Sant Marti neighborhood, quite close to the Glories shopping mall and basically on one of the ends of the Poblenou Rambla. It's surrounded with bars, restaurants and also places to shop also in an area which is not very touristy. However, if you want to mix and mingle with the crowds of tourists, the...
Travelled with another family and enjoyed the stay at the Novotel.
Breakfasts were good as was the cleanliness of the rooms which were very quiet for being in such a busy location.
Views from the roof top bar are great.
Glòries metro stop is just around the corner - don’t confuse it with the slightly closer La Farinera like we...
"Enjoyed my stay, but the service is far from excellent."

I stayed in the hotel end of January to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday.
I booked the hotel in the beginning of December, that makes it two months prior the stay. Because I saw that they have two Michelin star restaurant in the hotel I decided to make a reservation there as well. I rang on the phone, after being transferred...
