You are thus, thrown into a world of the exotic, even before reaching the front door! Then, as you enter the spacious foyer, you're met at the front door by an African gray parrot, humorously called Humphrey Bogart. He is one of the oldest Pappagallo employees with over ten years experience in welcoming guests and posing for photos (especially with the little ones!). You will then immediately notice the inviting and well-stocked bar, decorated in an art deco style, where customers can take pre-dinner drinks or enjoy…

One of our top 3 on the island. Worth the drive through “hell”. Lots of places offer good seafood, but Pappa’s has the best Italian. Very fine wine selection also. Great for 2 people or a large group. Attentive service.

We had a business dinner here for over 200 people. Excellent wine. Everything was great. The Chilean Sea Bass was some of the best I ever had. For dessert I ordered their Cay Lime Pie which was really good. Would highly recommend.
Ate with a group of ten and had a good time. Massimo was our server and attentive. The recommended wine of Badia Passignano was very good ( 7 bottles worth). We also enjoyed the Manhattans. We enjoyed the appetizers of calamari, octopus, scallops, duck raviolo...More

If you are staying at the extreme east end of the Island (Rum Point or anywhere around that area) it is close to an hour drive, if not more. Remember that cutting through Frank Sound (road) makes the trip shorter, but still, Papagallo is at the very far opposite end. As a matter of fact, the road is not paved beyond the restaurant and that surrounding residential area.
