Molly's is now available year round. Just saw them at a festival. .same great creper ND a few twists. Light yet filling fare. Love the bacon, blue and circle chili jelly!
The food is definitely the best food on the mountain and the staff very friendly and helpful. If your lucky enough to meet Molly you'll agree with me that she is truly the gem of Taos Ski Valley.
We looked forward to warming up at The Whistle Stop, near lift two. Molly's famous crepes are a nice touch! Totally unexpected! Ordering outside is a little cold, but the good warms you back to ski ready!

A food shack outside the mid mountain restaurant made the best food on the mountain. Our chocolate nutella crepe was incredible.
