I took a day trip to Zushi whilst on downtime during a business trip. I ate at Cantina during lunch time. The setting was fantastic, out on the terrace overlooking the beach. However the food was quite bland with no real depth of taste to my pizza. Service was not so good either, my salad arrived 5 minutes before any... More

A pleasant walk from the train station (10 min or so) towards the water. Couldn't enjoy the view since we went after dark but service was good, food was very good, atmosphere was very good. Had the cheese plate, the meat antipasti, a pizza, and pasta with crab and tomato cream sauce plus wine and the dessert sampler. I meant... More

This is our third visit to Cantina and the food and service are always on point. Mostly Italian perhaps with a Japanese touch the food is beautiful. I love the look of the restaurant and also it has a nice polished yet relaxing vibe.

You will not in a blink of an eye get to the Italian Riviera. Food is average whether you compare it to Tokyo's standards or Italian ones. We had pasta. It was good but not special. The view is great bearing in mind that the bay is tiny and the sand is grey.

Food is pasta and pizza. Ok lunch for 2000 jpy incl 3 course. 2 hr free parking right in front of the restaurant. Yummy sweet white choco pizza is special and tasty. Main course scallop with shrimp was tiny, literally one scallop and one shrimp, see photo.

Cantina has been renovated and is beautiful inside and out. The food is enjoyable Italian. Be forewarned, the kids meal pizza is loaded with vegetables and sausage. Maybe ask for plain if you have a picky eater. There is a fair amount of parking or it is about a 15 minutes walk from either JR Zushi or Shin-Zushi station. Leave... More

On a clear day in winter, you can see snow-capped Fuji over Sagami-wan. If you are really lucky, you can time it right during the late summer to see the shadow of Fuji as the sun sets behind it. The food is good and the owners strive to deliver authentic Neapolitan pizze and pasta. The mussels are quite good but... More

This is a spectacular venue to dine with family and friends after a long day on the beach. Their seasonal menu is top notch and their wood oven pizzas are by far the best I have had in Kanagawa. Definitely a must try if you miss Italian cooking.

It is a large Italian restaurant with ocean and Fuji views, though the parking lot blocks part of the view. It is family friendly, and great to visit after hanging out on the beach. Pizza is made in a wood stove and are very good (simple but delicious). The desserts are also very good and rich. Lunch sets are a... More
