First visit for us and we were not disappointed. Excellent food, great staff, comfortable restaurant. Will definitely be going again. Only downside is the parking but it was Wilmslow half marathon which could have accounted for the lack of parking.

We had two German granddaughters visiting as well as our two English granddaughters and our son and his wife. It was a great evening and the food was excellent.

Went yesterday evening with a friend, from the moment you walk in you feel so welcomed. Your coat is hung up for you. Seated had some wafer toast served with butter which is delicious. Crab fish cake to start. Pork loin wrapped in Parma ham seasonal vegetables so so yummy. Will be back again and again

We enjoyed crab cakes with sweet chili sauce and scallops with black pudding for starters. Then hake and halibut. Too full for any pudding. Good choice of wine available.

We booked Christmas Day lunch for three. The Restaurant is small and intimate and although it was fully booked the sound levels weren't too high that you couldn't hear yourself speak to your guests. Staff very friendly and welcoming, old fashioned service and the food was excellent too. It was a fixed 6 course menu and the best bit for... More

A beautiful silver service meal! Small restaurant but not squashed like others tend to do when they realise they want to get more in. Quality food, reasonable priced, lovely welcome and service. If you're looking for a quite relaxed evening I would definitely choose here. Just check before you go as from memory they are not open seven nights a... More

Lovely menu with lovely serving staff. Our three course meal was expertly made but the star of the show is the wine. A wonderful selection that perfectly accompanies the food.
