Nice pub; enjoyed a decent lunch here. Wanted the steak and ale pie which they'd run out of unfortunately (big menu though so can understand that) but had the burger instead which was tasty enough. Overall, no complaints, would happily pop in again.

We went here after a family day out at quarry bank mill The service was excellent The food was delicious There are so many little extras to make the place perfect, like tests for your dog and even reading glasses to borrow. It's comfortable and cosy and very child friendly whilst at the same time serving delicious food at a... More

We are a family of four with two teenagers who ate here at the weekend. The menu was delightful, different and the food did not disappoint. Lovely staff and service, would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat. Compliments to the chef, staff and owners for creating such a lovely restaurant/pub for all to enjoy.

We came here for Sunday lunch and not only was the food delicious and very prompt in arriving, the staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The place was packed and buzzing with customers which is always a good sign so I would recommend booking! The decor is lovely and very "country pub" which just... More

My wife and I called in after a walk around Quarry bank Mill for lunch. There was a choice of nice tables in a good 'pubby' atmosphere and the waitress very friendly and efficient. There were quite a few items on the menu which appealed but we both went for home made cheese and onion pie with a shared portion... More

We seem to becoming regulars at this lovely pub even though we live 156 miles away! We arrived without a reservation during a busy lunchtime and we greeted well and placed on a waiting list for a table. The busy staff kept us informed when our table would be available throughout our wait. Our food was of top quality, as... More

We had Sunday roast beef and it was delicious. The meat was perfect and the veg tasty and plentiful. The service was very good - staff attentive and helpful even though the restaurant was full. We would definitely recommend this pub/ restaurant and will go back. Thank you!

Had a delicious lunch here today. I was spoilt for choice and in the end plumped for fish fingers in a bap with chips and mushy peas I am so glad I did. It might not be the most sophisticated dish on the menu, but really good, and the chips were perfect, crisp on the outside, soft and tasty on... More

Had a gorgeous Sunday dinner with my family including a 3yr old and 8mth old. Justyna was our server and was attentive to all our needs. The food was delicious especially the buffalo wings! We had the roast chicken for two and literally just left the bones of the chicken on the table as it was so scrumptious. Looking forward... More

Hadn't eaten here before but reviews looked positive so decided to try it out. We shared spicybuffalo wings for starters which were gorgeous. For mains l chose rotisserie chicken with sweet potato fries and salad. The chicken was delicious and moist. My partner chose lamb tagine, which was tasty, but rather a small portion compared with mine. My partners sister... More
