Many people think of A-Bu-Cha or Bang Bang when they come to Niseko as it serves grilled skewers. When we came, the atmospher was so crowded and service was overwhelmed. The skewers were cold and the prices of all items on the menu were overpriced.

Excellent Japanese dining experience and surprisingly not that expensive vs. other Hirafu area restaurants. It's Japanese cuisine/Hokkaido specialties, you cannot go wrong

Would definitely come back when the pandemic is over. Located on the main road leading to Grand Hirafu Ski Lift. Limited car park in front. Great food and great atmosphere.

Great food and location but service is not amazing. We were 7 minutes late and were told our paid booking were cancelled by the pretty waitress. After a few minutes wait we found there were lots of tables and were let in. Location is great...at Hirafu area, just picked up some rented gear from across the street. Food is great too but service is slow.More

This was probably one of our least favourite meals in Japan, and also one of the most expensive! We walked in and had to wait about 40 minutes, but the bar area is quite a nice place to eat so that was okay. We were...seated and no one came to take our order until we finally flagged someone down after 15 minutes (maybe this was us being too British and polite...!). We had a sukiyaki pot and a shabu shabu pot each serving 2. One was a vegetarian pot and was £20+ per person, and I think it could have easily been eaten by one person if they were hungry! The food was fine, and if we’d paid half the price we probably wouldn’t have minded, but for the price we weren’t that impressed. Service was also a bit lacking in general.More

This was pricey. It was good for basic pot but try the broth with added items instead of the standard pot. Extra crab was really good and the sesame was good.

Local and wood-themed Japanese restaurant with a good variety of food. Very busy restaurant, so advance booking recommended through their website. Saw many walk-ins were regretfully turned away. The sashimi and seafood were fresh and delicious. The serve staff spoke English, friendly and helpful -...she recommended half serving of salad for half the price for solo diner which was not indicated in the menu. They did; however, add 10% for service charge on top of the food.More

The beef hot pot is worth the wait, unfortunately it is difficult to get a booking here but the do take walk ins nightly but generally involves waiting. The hot pot is worth it though!

Stopped in for a quick meal. Reasonable price, the gyoza were nicely fried with good flavour, beer was warm and short poured. Busy place, friendly staff.

Worth going to. A good menu to select from, and everything we had was quite tasty. The daikon and shiso salad was REALLY good. Nice atmosphere and staff. A bit pricey, but it was peak ski season.

Last time we were in Niseko in the summer, it was open. Best contact the restaurant direct or check their website.
