We went to musu and the bakery and the alpanist within the week we were in niseko. They were so good! The potato soup at musu was light and delicious. The cocktails were fantastic. I highly recommend spending a few meals here!

Located at the main intersection of the Hirafu Village, nice but very small place. I think it's suitable for smaller group, a big group would have to wait a while.

A must have! Their Salty caramel crepe are to die for! And for those who like savory over sweet, try Le Parisian. Everything on their menu is delicious! But they don't take reservations and they are a tiny restaurant so plan ahead.
