Last December, we went to this restaurant after skiing. Me and my 8 years old girl were so tired and so hungry, we just wanted to eat somewhere near. We found this restaurant which was very near to where we were and also near to...our apartment.⁣ ⁣ This restaurant was at the 1st floor and the bar was at the ground floor. The restaurant was empty when we arrived as we were there quite early for dinner, so our foods were served fast. ⁣ ⁣ We ordered:⁣ • Sesame Miso Ramen ⁣ • Grilled Unagi with rice ⁣ • Pork Cutlet Curry with Rice⁣ • Gyoza⁣ • Edamame ⁣ ⁣ The foods were all so good especially the ramen, it was amazingly delicious! We emptied everything! In fact we went back to the same restaurant the next evening for dinner again😋.⁣More

Had a miso ramen with an egg as well as some gyoza. Very enjoyable miso ramen. Really decent size too. Gyoza’s were also good. Service was good.

This is not really a restaurant, it’s a medieval culinary dungeon seeking to inflict pain and torment, where every bite should be followed by a shout of “Thank you sir, may I have another!” I like really spicy food, but the “Devil Ramen” is...not really intended to be enjoyed, it’s intended to be survived. Kudos to those who’ve finished a bowl, but anyone who says he/she enjoyed it is just trying to impress people. And don’t think that milder fare is a safer option. My wife had the Hokkaido seafood special. What was special about it was the rubbery texture of said seafood, and the let’s call it “puzzling” taste of the broth. The entry way is plastered with photos of people who have successfully finished the Devil Ramen, but I suspect that this is in lieu of images of scarce repeat customers.More

My husband and I went to Niesko in the beginning of our trip in Japan and this was our favorite place for Ramen! I did the basic hot "not the famous one" and did the basic Ramen and the sesame miso base was better than...any other ramen we encountered during our trip!More

Hi all The Moon Bar is the sort of place your ski guide might say is good - and they are right. Its a youngish lively atmosphere spread over two floors. Downstairs is a bar where you can wait for a space to come up....They were all pretty organised and we just turned up and waited 20 minutes or so. The food is good traditional ramen - in my case crab. i did not try the extra hot noodles they mention. Well worth a visiti - just a minutes walk down from the traffic lights. regards livarotMore

We love the miso sesame ramen, not too salty and tangy ramen. The Gyoza was pan fried and served piping hot. The fried optopus was chunky and juicy. Overall very happy with our lunch. Recommended by many and so we are back again this season!...Food was reasonably priced tooMore

Wife found this restaurant and bar from Google. It doesn’t look much from the outside. Once inside it looks shabby, but the staff were welcoming, helpful and prompt. Food was served quickly and good. We had Ramen Soup, Giozza, Unagi Rice and Pork Cutlet with...Curry Rice. It was good. We went there twice. We will go back again on our next trip.More

It taste like a great home-made style cooking. Simple but delicious. Locating within bar so variety of drinks can be found. Also have area for non-smoking so good enough for family. Not too far from junction and you can park in front if not crowded.

Just spent a week skiing in Niseko and we visited Bar Moon three times!! Super local ramen shop that also had amazing gyoza and sake. Everyone was happy. My husband and I shared a God Ramen and we actually survived - it was divine! Staff...were all helpful, kind, and good humored. My son (8) managed to play a round of pool while my daughter (12) dreamed of working there one day, so we bought a t-shirt. Thanks for a delicious experience! :)More

This is a small bar noodle place frequented by the local expats working in Niseko but it seems that many visitors / tourist have discovered it by word of mouth and social media. The Noodle Soups are good and well priced. The bar is acceptable...but small however offers a good selection of drinks. I do not recommend that you pay by Credit Card as you will be charged an extra.... We have been there several times in the last couple of years and we will always return for a quick meal. I am surprised this place has not been reviewed here on Trip Advisor previouslyMore

We ordered the beef sukiyaki, pork kimchi hotpot, grilled pork and beef. All tasty and well prepared. The salads are also superb. We had to return the ikura don as the ikura tasted sour so so avoid ordering any of the rolls, sushi or sashimi....Cooked food ok. Go with reservations as it’s a very small establishment above The Moon Bar, with limited table seating.More

Not fine dining but the best ramen we had at Niseko. Good service at a small and very crowded bar. Went for dinner and returned for lunch a few days later. Lots of variety and if you are daring you can go for the extra...hot version (devil ramen they call it).More

Otsukisama above Bar Moon serves a wide ange of japanese food, from yakitori (grilled chicken, pork, vegetable skewers) to amazing hotpot, sukiyaki and even sashimi. the fishhere is always fresh and the atmosphere although a bit dated gives the place character and an old Japanese ski town...izakaya which is quite rare in Niseko where everyting is westernized. I've had dinner here 3 times already this winter and 12/10 would recommend. :)More
