The mackerel and Parma ham dish was lovely. I'd go back for this! The bread was delicious. We also had the bisque and another small dish to share. These were ok. We had our 8 month baby with us and the lady brought out a...More

Had a very nice lunch in the sunshine at this great little cafe right on the beach. Having visited the Beach Hut a few years ago it was great to see it was still being run by the same lovely couple. Sadly on the day...More

Sitting outside overlooking the sea on a sunny day, armed with a bottle of rosé and eating fresh seafood! What more can you want? Engaging and friendly owners; dog and family friendly; tranquil and relaxed. Be aware, however, that toilet facilities are basic.

Came across this restaurant as we wondered down the beach path. It helped it was beautiful sunshine and a warm day but it has the most stunning view. Food is prepared to order, most of it being shellfish, and it was delicious. Great kids food...More

I've always thought this little place was in a great location and finally tried it for lunch the other day. The building is little more than a large shed with a number of outdoor tables. There is also an outdoor bar but am not sure...More

Return visit and food as scrumptious as ever. Very accommodating to your needs. The only down side was we had to wait over an hour for our order as it seems we were overlooked, young kitchen staff that needed a bit more supervision. Lady waitress...More

The Beach Hut Beachside Bar and Seafood kitchen is a fresh seafood, cocktail & wine kind of place. Quirky. Outdoor. Seasonal. On the beach. Reached down a few wooden stairs. A tiny hut serving seafood platters, cocktails & wines from 12o/c. This is the spot for fresh seafood platters on a sunny day. Chilled rose. Relaxed. Open on dry days. Do call to check. We dont do tea and cake, afternoon teas, burgers, chips, chicken nuggets and no fancy coffees. Dont arrive in a hurry. Enjoy the view, seafood, cocktails & wine. Cards accepted. Casual dress. Blankets/sunscreen provided. CAMPING LOO! Baby changing and baby food heating facilities. Kids welcome with a small kids menu and a few toys to play with. Food is cooked to order from a kisok, so expect a wait. Local IW crab and lobster (if the fishermen can get out and we haven't sold out). Most of our menu is Gluten free. We are not posh, our furniture doesn't match. But we are friendly and relaxed. Bring kids, dogs and a jumper! X
