We had a lovely dinner here at sunset right on the beach. Mozzies aside it was very comfortable. The service (from the Fijian staff) was very good and the food was tasty. The desserts were lovely especially the key lime pie.The prices were typical for...More

We hadn't booked, and therefore got table inside. However, that was lucky because it started raining and all outside diners had to come inside also. The food is excellent, the staff dealt with the change in weather very quickly. Would definitely go again.

Food was average and there was a long wait for mains (pizza), overpriced for what you get in my opinion. However my husband loved the wontons which was an entree.

We enjoyed our entrees (calamari and scallops) and main meals (beef Wellington and orange flavoured lamb) but the service was lacking a human touch. Different servers asking for our orders relentlessly after we'd only just sat down and while one was checking whether the wine...More

We had a fabulous dinner here, my dishes were simple but best I’ve ever had (fish and chips, sticky toffee pudding), the portions are generous. My husband had a local type dish and he said it was excellent. The setting is spectacular, however I got...More

The food was delicious, once again, we went to Vaima twice in the one holiday. Both the Parrot fish, and the fish curry were standout dishes. The service was good, and the pickup and drop off service is very handy. The prices appear to have...More

This was a great choice for our last supper of a one week stay on Rarotonga. It was a very romantic setting, on the beach, at sunset. Our meal was great - salt and pepper squid for appetizer, very tasty! I really enjoyed my seafood...More

Back here for the third time the food is always good. Menu hardly ever changes. Not gourmet but the food is reasonable with very big servings. You can sit with your feet in the sand which is alway nice, however remember to bring the mozzie...More

We are situated right on the beach. Imagine sitting on the beach with the sun setting, sipping your favourite cocktail and enjoying some of the best cuisine on the island - how romantic! We also offer a pizza take away service - forget the cooking - enjoy our pizza in your room/hotel or just sit on the beach with your feet in the water enjoying the food. We can cater for small private functions and weddings. Look forward to seeing you at the Vaima. We recommend that families book between 5.30 and 6.30 pm.
