This was my third visit here over the years. Likely my last visit also. I find the food just so-so here each time I went here... This time I had the mushroom soup which was just okay. For my main course I selected the lamb [with one patato in it's jacket], which was undercooked. The meat near and on the... More

We visited this charming restaurant that is tucked away in the very gorgeous Cutigliano lastnight. I was taken away by the simple beauty packed into this small gem. The husband and wife team ensure delicious, expertly cooked food, served effortlessly. Every dish was mouth watering and moreish. Perfect for romantic evenings, families or cosy gatherings. I loved my beautiful evening... More

This place is worth all the fuss. Try the porcini flan, it's to melt for. Tuscan cuisine at its finest, and the one of the most charming locations in the whole of Tuscany.

We went for lunch after taking the trip from Villa Parri, where we live at the moment, only 18 km, but up and up, so it took time but this Osteria was worth it I must say, simply amazing local food and wine. Antipasti flan with porcini( it's the season) aubergine and parmasan cheese plus freshly made ricotta ( this... More

Visiting this very pretty town on northern Tuscany, we stumbled upon this lovely restaurant for lunch. For starters we had house made ricotta cheese with tomatoes and a vegetable soup. Both were delicious. For mains a boar stew on a polenta bed with olives and a deer tagliatelle were ordered. The flavours were superb. Overall a memorable lunch.

Fell by chance on this place while visiting Cutigliano. The young owner pleasantly seated us. We started with some mixed anti-pasti.Cheeses and various hams. The honey was out of this world. We wanted Porcini and were not let down. The pasta with mushrooms was brilliant. We finished with an original dessert which I forgot the name.Vanilla ice- cream held by two pieces... More

We were visiting Cutigliano to visit a restaurant that had been recommended only to find it was closed. Exploring Cutigliano on foot we found L'Osteria and were treated to one of our best meals ever. The owner was very friendly and helpful, assisting us in navigating the menu and making our choices. This restaurant is a follower of the slow... More

Osteria was not a destination, but passing Cutigliano, we stopped to have lunch here. It was a sheer pleasure! The softest and tastiest spinach soufflé and best homemade tagliatele with white wine rabbit sauce EVER! A lucky discovery but turned out to be one of the greatest culinary experiences we've ever had.

On the back right hand side of the village square is a street that leads you to osteria Cutigliano where you will find a slow food movement restaurant. Local ingredients are made into a fantastic blend of modern and traditional cuisine served in a lovely restaurant with great service. Cant recommend enough
