A nice breakfast at a fair price - good menu - selection of newspapers freely available. Friendly atmosphere. Not sure about outdoor space.
excellent service, great people always very very helpful and the food tastes amazing. i recommend penny's cafe and an added extra for me is that they accommodate wheelchair users such as myself with ramp access at the rear of the building
