When I arrived it was raining and it was cold. The hot green tea with miso fish soup was a perfect combination to warm me up. I ordered their pre pick sushi patter which turn out great. Enjoy if you decide to eat here :). Note: Yen Cash Only

It is a very nice place to appreciate the real Sushi in Tokyo! Everything is really very good and very fresh! I had a late lunch, around 16h, and fortunately NO line! But usually it is very cloud! The place is small and very traditional. The price is good for the quality. I recommend to order OMAKASE, around 4000yenes per... More

What sushi tastes like for breakfast after waiting three-and-a-half hours before getting served? Well... in one word, exquisite! Fresh fish from one of the best sushi restaurants in Japan. We were served 10 pieces of nigiri, four pieces of sushi roll, cup of miso soup (with fish broth), a small omelet cube, and green tea. The chef picked out the... More

The queue may look short at 4:30am but it was a 5 hour wait! The sushi was definitely the best ever and highly recommend to try this place. The restaurant experience is about 40mins and can only fit 12 people at a time hence the wait. Its a set menu with 2 options. 2800yen for 6 piece or 4000 for... More

I waited in line for close to four hours to get in to the tiny, twelve seat bar and boy was it worth it, just this once though. Definitely a great experience but don't think I'd wait that long for the second go around

Got in line around 2:30AM and there was already a line -- get there early. Saw some people with fold up stools and blankets. Sushi is amazing and well worth the almost 4 hour wait standing in the cold. Inside is no frills, however the omakase we had here was the best meal of my life and I still dream... More

After the tuna auction, we got lost in the maze at Tsukiji market before finally finding sushi mecca "Sushidai", which opens for business at 6am. It's apparently "the place" and almost to prove it, it had the longest queue that day, with another restaurant a couple of doors away a very close second. At first, when a restaurant staff came... After getting lost in the Tsujiki Market as we were seeking the Tuna Auction, we decided to head to Sushidai instead. We were fortunate to have only waited 1.5 hrs in the freezing cold weather. When we finally got into the small restaurant, we had Miso Soup and Tamago to start things off. Immediately, the miso soup tasted especially delicious... More

I will say right off the bat that the Sushi I ate here was probably the best sushi I have had up to this point in my life. Indeed the experience here is quite good once you get in; the sushi is high quality right from the marketplace and you get to have a close experience with the chefs as... More

This is just the best sushi in the world. I waited 6 hours to eat and I have no regret. It was just an amazing meal and amazing experience. I would never have waited so much if was not accompanied by Japanese people who ensured it was worth it. Wait as much as needed. Once served dont be cheap, repeat... More
