This is one of only a few pizza restaurants in Tokyo where you can get a real American style pizza. The crust is good with tasty sauce and generous, delicious toppings. A good place for a date.

Small place filled with Americans where the food is all made to order, and its all delicious. If you are looking for pizza like you get it in the US, this will hit the spot. Friendly service, and good food. Don't miss it.

We had a unique situation with our group: 3 vegans, 1 celiac (GF), and 2 meat eaters. Not only were all of our needs were accommodated our options were vast and the food was DELICIOUS! My family is vegan and we started with the roasted vegetables with basil vinaigrette and were completely blown away with the simplicity and variety of... More

We went to Pizzakaya based on several positive reviews online, however this restaurant did not live up to its reputation at all. Firstly the pizza was poor; it felt like a bunch of poor quality ingredients were dumped on a base without any real thought being put in to how those flavors would interact. It wasn't inedible, it just wasn't... More

I guess by your standards we would go out of business in a month. We’ve been in business for 20yrs and are well loved by our community and beyond. There’s nothing cheap about our ingredients/toppings. All fresh or made fresh daily all with our, in fact, competitive pricing. To say you’ve seen pizza elsewhere at half the price for the... More

This place is located closer to Nishi Azabu than Roppongi but it’s easier to get there by going to Roppongi and walking toward Roppongi Hills. You can also get take-out or order for a dinner delivery. Pizza is expensive in Japan – roughly $40 for a large pizza delivered but many USA type products are expensive because the ingredients are... So, we visited this place in September and ordered two large vegan pizzas (so excited to find this so close to home to us) but it came to roughly ¥7,700 which is CRAZY for pizza that is primarily vegetables (one was even just coconut!) The owner(?) was a lovely and inviting man who took our order and served us for... More

Being in the mood for pizza recently, I started looking for new places to try that was not too far from where I am staying. One of the places I located was Pizzakaya in Roppongi which was a short train ride away. Located just a short walk down the road from Roppongi Hills located on the second floor of a... More

We've been living in Tokyo for a few years now and after coming across this place in our first year we've been regular visitors. The pizzas themselves are great - thin enough not to be doughy, thick enough not to collapse like soggy toast. But its the range and originality of the toppings which really set this place apart -... I have been in Japan on business - coming here from California. This is one of my go to places in the evening. I have tried several of their pizzas (Big Russell, Pizzakaya, Sausage Fest, Bacon Cheeseburger, Taco Grande, and Sri Lanka). They are all so delicious!! The atmosphere is so cool as they always have a movie playing. And,... More

I have visited this pizzeria on several occasions, recently again, after about 9 or 10 months and found it as good as it has always been. The food is uncomplicated, the service is friendly, without fringes. It is a good place to eat, enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine. Without words it is what a pizzeria is all... More
